Blood pressure (BP) is the pressure of circulating blood against the walls of blood vessels. Most of this pressure results from the heart pumping blood through the circulatory system. When used without qualification, the term "blood pressure" refers to the pressure in a brachial artery, where it is most commonly measured. Blood pressure is usually expressed in terms of the systolic pressure (maximum pressure during one heartbeat) over diastolic pressure (minimum pressure between two heartbeat... White pill rph 121
White oval pill with rph on one side and 121 on the other. This is a Canadian drug - I don't know if things are different in the US. ## Some are different, some aren't, so it can vary. This tablet in particular contains 300mgs of Ratio-Irbesartan, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. Ratio-Irbesartan details and description can be found here. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with? ## What is the proper awy to stop using Irbesartan 121?

Zaroxolyn 2.5 mg inactive ingredients
I need to know the inactive ingredients because I'm allergic to talc. I had a reaction which is low blood pressure, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, and feeling very tired. Unable to walk. On a patient with heart failure. The did well with the aid of another water pill. ## The inactive ingredients for Zaroxolyn 2.5 mg are listed as: - Magnesium Stearate - Microcrystalline Cellulose - D&C Red No. 33 NDC: 53014-975 What you've reported sounds like some of the possible side effects of this drug according to DailyMed: dizziness/lightheadedness, drowsiness, fatigue, weakness. And just to confirm - you are taking the brand name and not a generic form, right?

List Of Things Not To Take With Lisinopril
What is not allowed while taking lisinopril; food, drugs or drinks. ## Lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor, that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. If you are being treated for high blood pressure, you should be informed to avoid food or beverage products that contain real licorice or licorice extract, since it can raise blood pressure. The only food/beverage interaction is that you should watch out for items that contain very high levels of potassium. Getting to much potassium, while taking Lisinopril can lead to Hyperkalemia, which can be a dangerous condition. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach pain. Lisinopril by Lupin/Actavis - Is it the same?
I've been taking lisinopril, lupin 20 mg. for a number of years My last rx was refilled recently and the pharmacy substituted it with actavis 20 mg. With the lupin, my b.p. readings were always good. With the actavis my b.p.is elavated. I have also experienced a terrible rash and intermittent hives. Could the change in meds have caused this? Yesterday I was prescribed verapamil. (haven't started to take it yet). The pharmacy has filled the prescription with verapamil-ER 120 mg MYLAN. I have severe chemical allergies (paraphenadiamine, Balsam of Peru, methylcloroisothiolizone, quinoline mix and wool alchohols). My outbreak may not have anything to do with the med change, but I thought I should investigate all avenues. ## Actavis is the manufacture and I don't take lisinopril ...

lisinopril lupin India
My pharmacy has filled my lisinopril prescription with drug from Wockhardt the first month, Acta (Actavis?) the second month, and now Lupin! Lupin is located in Mumbai. Is their GMP as strict as in the US? Do I really want to continue taking lisinopril made in India? What is all this switching generics doing to my body? should I get a new pharmacy where they fill it consistently with drug from the same company? ## You are in no danger from them regularly switching manufacturers, no harm will come of it. Learn more Lisinopril details here. And the one manufactured by Lupin is made to the same strict standards as all others that are available in the U.S. Otherwise, they wouldn't be available here from your pharmacy. And no pharmacy will always fill your prescription with generics from...

Lisinopril usage - occasional very low numbers
I am a 64-year old male and I am 6'0 184 pounds. My average blood pressure before i got on Lisinopril 10mg had crept up to "low 140s" over low to mid 80's. Over the last few years the systolic number rose from lower to upper 120's to consistently in the 140's. I started taking 10mg Lisinopril on April 22, 2025 and my blood pressure actually averages right around 122 / 76, so no complaints for my average. I have taken readings every morning since April 22 so, all of MAY, JUNE and JULY and now a few days in August. HOWEVER, I have a number of readings between 99 and 110, many, many more between 110 and 120. Likewise I have many readings between 120 - 130 and a handful of numbers in the 130's. My diastolic numbers have mostly been in the 70's but more freque...

Lisinopril and hair regrowth after discontinuing
Over the last few months my hair has gotten very thin, brittle, and I’m shedding a LOT. My doctor said it was probably hormones and my age (45 yo female). I started taking Biotin and special shampoos, but they didn’t help. Recently I started digging into the Lisinopril side effects and hair loss is cited. I told my doctor and she told me to discontinue. Has anyone had hair loss on this med, then regrowth after discontinuation? ## Dear WH, Sorry to hear about your hair loss. Based on my own investigation, hair loss isn't "officially" listed by the manufacturer or drug labeller as a side effect of Lisinopril. However, there are numerous mentions of this occurring in patient reviews, so I would consider its consumers to be a worthy citation in my book. I suppose it...

can i take lisinopril after the expiration date
My lisinopril (90 day supply, just opened) will expire in 1.5 months. Can I finish it off or do I have to destroy it at the end of January? ## Hello, Lynne! How are you? This medication does not become dangerous once expired, but it may start to lose effectiveness. Thus, in reality, disposing of it, once it expires would be the best thing to do, however, you may want to ask your doctor and pharmacist if you can still finish it, since its loss of effectiveness will most likely be minimal by then. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with? ## How long after the expiration date of lisinopril can you still take it? ## That’s bull about disposing it on the expera...
