Will the 60 mg extended release morphine get u high like the euphoric feeling of oxycodone? ## Every medication can affect everyone differently, so there is no definitive way to answer this question. Since it is a time release formulation and doesn't hit the body, all at once, most people don't get a high feeling from it, though a few do. In the past, when on pain management, I used both Morphine and Oxycodone and never got the high or euphoria from either one. WHICH WOULD WORK THE BEST SEVERE CONTINOUS BACK/NECK PAIN. I HAVE SUFFERED PAIN FOR MANY YRS FROM THE RESULTS OF A BROKEN NECK, DUE TO AN AUTO ACCIDENT. I DONT LIKE THE IDEA OF BEING "HIGH" OR ANYTHING, BUT NEED MEDS TO HELP TAKE THE SO CALLED EDGE OFF MY PAIN. ## For continuous intense pain, the time released formulations are usually used, because they can provide much longer pain relief. Though for pain management, many people end up using both, an immediate release to get faster relief, while waiting for the time released ones to kick in. This pill has 512 on one side and V on the other. Anyone know what it is? I found it in my daughters jeans. ## I'm sorry, but I have been checking for this in our various resources, since I first saw your post and I am just not finding a tablet that has the 512 and a V on it. Are you in the U.S.? I know there is a plain white tablet with just a 512 on it that is a Percocet, that contains Acetaminophen and Oxyodone, but it doesn't have a V on the opposite side. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## It's a darvocet. The 512 and cursive capital V are on the same side, correct? ## Oops, it it's darvocet the pill will be oblong. Trying to identify small capsules half green and one half yellow. Yellow end has very small writing in red. I've been getting my scripts filled at my local CVS for over a year, and now they tell me they might not get them anymore. All the other pharmacies I've tried that have them in stock, they charge 4.45 per pill! That would be over $700 for me! Does anyone know where I can get my script filled with insurance? ## If your insurance covers it and a pharmacy accepts that insurance, there shouldn't be a problem. Is it that some places don't accept your insurance or some are trying to insist on a cash only sale? Did you ask CVS if they could order them in for you? white capsule shape pill ## I can't find a listing for this exact pill, however, I can tell you that all pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products. The company does not make any prescription items and they are sold by many stores, in many countries, as the store brands or generics. Does anyone else recognize this one? ## I bought some generic (CVS) advil pm's, and they look like this. I was searching for something about this pill when I came across this thread. It is a mild, opiate narcotic used to treat pain and yes, it can be given to the elderly, however, they may be more sensitive to its effects, so they may require a lower dosage. Why is this medication so hard to find information on? Is it made in the Untied States? ## Which medication are you referring to? I may be able to help you locate it. I have a bulging disc at L2 and its pressing on my spinal cord nerve which is very painful. I have a primary care, very conservative, and she gave me hydrocodone 5 mg until I can see neurosurgeon. That's going to be a few weeks and I have a very physical job and the med she prescribed isn't helping. Does my condition warrant something stronger? is it ok to drink alcohol whilst taking codeine phosphate 30mg 4 times a day ## It is not recommended that you use alcohol while taking these medications, because it can aggravate the side effects. Codeine can cause nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth and the alcohol will just make it worse. If you do, you have to be very careful, because you will be more impaired than usual from the alcohol, one drink would be almost the same as drinking 2 and so on. well i started liryca last night and today dont fill the pain but im stopint it today after i read all of this im scare dont want to gain weight ## Not everyone experiences weight gain. keep a healthy diet and excercise you shouldnt have a prob.Most people that do experience weight gain get it because it can cause sleepyness/being tired all the time.. slows your metabolism down and you want to sleep alot. the benefits of this medication in most cases out weigh the side effects. if it works for your pain stick with it. :)

HOW MANY MG OF CODIENE? ## Vicodin actually contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, not Codeine, but it is still a narcotic pain reliever. And on another note, I can't find any record of a pill with this marking, or even something similar, in any of our databases. Was it found/obtained in the U.S.?

I have a small round white pill with a red 301 on one side and Ethex in red on other side. I would like to know if this pill is Ibuprofen. ## I believe you may have meant to say IP 143. P43 doesn't show up in the drug databases. IP 143 (orange and round) is Ibuprofen 200 mg. the pill is a CAPSUL with Green with an L on one side and divided with grey and 8 with red on the other side ## I can't find a listing for this in any of our resources. However, the marking coupled with the description and that grey stripe in the middle leads me to believe that this is probably an over the counter product. The grey portion is used on several medications now, such as Tylenol Rapid Release or Excedrin Migraine and their store brand equivalents to allow the medication to release and work faster. Can you take ibupropion while taking oxycod/APAP 5-325 MG? I had a lung removed last month, and I feel that maybe if I had an inflamatory med, I wouldn't be in so much pain all the time. They also or "someone" nicked my bowel, and now I am with colostomy. Any answers, please??? ## The medication you mentioned contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, and while the Acetaminophen isn't considered an NSAID, it's generally not a good idea to mix them, without consulting your doctor, first. Combining it with the Ibuprofen could lead to increased risk of stomach ulceration and bleeding. Have you contacted your doctor about what is safe for you to use?

a bottle tape up and marking of GPI A5 info what is it ## This is Acetaminophen, it is hard to saw which dosage, as the company that manufactures them, Gemini, uses the same logo on all of their Acetaminophen tablets, and they make several dosages, including a Childrens 80mg, a regular strength 325mg and an extra strength 500mg, but either way, it is Acetaminophen in an over the counter dosage, not a prescription nor anything dangerous. You do run into this some times, since OTC items are not regulated and required to have unique markings on each pill and dosage like prescription meds are required to have. ## what is this pill GPI A5 ? what it for pain?
