is it ok to drink alcohol whilst taking codeine phosphate 30mg 4 times a day

It is not recommended that you use alcohol while taking these medications, because it can aggravate the side effects.

Codeine can cause nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth and the alcohol will just make it worse.

If you do, you have to be very careful, because you will be more impaired than usual from the alcohol, one drink would be almost the same as drinking 2 and so on.
