P 43 Pill, Is This Ibuprofen?

I believe you may have meant to say IP 143. P43 doesn't show up in the drug databases. IP 143 (orange and round) is Ibuprofen 200 mg.
Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic.
