Tramazone - Is It Morphein Related?

Should this be given to elderly people for pain?

I'm sorry, did you mean Tramadol?
It is a mild, opiate narcotic used to treat pain and yes, it can be given to the elderly, however, they may be more sensitive to its effects, so they may require a lower dosage.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.
