Every medication can affect everyone differently, so there is no definitive way to answer this question. Since it is a time release formulation and doesn't hit the body, all at once, most people don't get a high feeling from it, though a few do.
In the past, when on pain management, I used both Morphine and Oxycodone and never got the high or euphoria from either one.
Morphine is, however, a narcotic, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
