i found a small white round pill with apo a line and 0.1 under it and nothing on the other side can anyone tell me what it is ## id like to know also ## From what I've found this is a Canadian tablet that contains 0.1mg of Clonidine, which has quite a few medical uses, such as helping to lower high blood pressure, anxiety, panic attacks and etc. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with?

small oval pill with M on top and the small beta symbol on one side, separated by a line. The other side is blank ## Is this pill more of a capsule shape rather than oval? My results unfortunately don't show a photo of the pill, but merely display the shape, color, name of drug, etc... With this information I located one possible match that shares the same marking "M" and as well as a "logo" of some kind. This white capsule-shaped pill is identified as Metoprolol Succinate ER (25 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, and other cardiovascular conditions. If this does not sound like a possible match, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. And a...

Could biso fum/hct tab 5-6.25mg cause heart problems.I had a electrocardgram and it showed an abnormality and my doctor took off this medicine that i have been taking several years. Could this be the reason i am having heart problems. Now they are talking pace maker. ## Bisoprolol is a beta blocker and they can sometimes cause palpitations, because of their mechanism of action in the body, but they are not usually dangerous and generally don't persist once the medication is discontinued. What has your doctor said has caused it? It is probably more likely that your heart problems have been caused by something else, such as the condition you were taking it for to begin with, like hypertension.

I take Lotrel for hight blood pressure but take it in generic form the cap was pink and white and the last ones I got were just pink with 931 on one end par on the other what is it ## I was taking the generic for Lotrel 10/20 that were purple a little lighter then the name brand put out by Teva, no problem. My drug company changed the manufacture and sent me some little pinkish purple pills with 932 par on them and caused me severe side affects. ## The pills with the PAR 932 on them also contain 10mgs of Amlodipine and 20mgs of Benazapril, the active ingredients in Lotrel. What might have caused your problem, however, is the fact that there can be differences in generic drugs, so there might have been a slight dosage fluctuation in these tablets, which caused you to experience more side...

Recently changed pharmacies. The old pharmacy dispensed in the manufacture bottle relabled with my script info. The dosage is 50 mg. The old script the pills are oval green color, with markings Side 1: 93 and side 2: 7365. The new pharmacy dispensed in a regular perscription bottle. The new pills are white, oblong with markings Side 1: P22 and side 2: LU. I questioned the difference with the pharmacy and they assured me it was correct. However I still have a concern. ## Yes, the tablets you received do contain 50mgs of Losartan, they are just manufactured by a different company, in this case Lupin Pharmaceuticals, while the ones you were getting at your old pharmacy with the 93 imprint were manufactured by Teva. Most pharmacies don't dispense in the original manufacturers bottles, b...

I have an oval shaped pill that has the number 169 on it but it was not in its original bottle what is it for ## I wasn't able to locate an exact match to your description, as you didn't mention what color the pill is that you are referring to. I did however find a pill marked "961" as opposed to "196" that is white and oval shaped. Is there any chance that you may have misread the marking? If so, I would've located the pill in description to be Clonidine HCL (0.1 mg). It has been prescribed historically as an antihypertensive drug, but has found new uses, including treatment of some types of neuropathic pain, opioid detoxification, sleep hyperhidrosis, anaesthetic use, and off-label, to counter the side effects of stimulant medications such as methylphenidat...

how is this drug obtained? ## Did you mean Guanfacine? If so, it is a medication that's used to threat hypertension and ADHD, so it does require a doctor's prescription in the U.S. There are rare instances where it has caused some serious side effects, such as chest pain and shortness of breath, so it's use needs to be monitored by a medical professional. What time of day should I take it? With or without food? ## What has your doctor advised? Normally, they want to take these types of medications in the morning, so it is in your system and working during the peak times of day that you are most active and your BP or heart issues may experience the most fluctuations. It can be taken with, or without food, so you can decide that for yourself, unless your doctor has given you specific instructions. It can cause some nausea, so some people find it better if they take it with food, to help minimize that.

At this time, it is very important that you do so, because while it could be due to a side effect of the medication, there are also other possibilities, such as dehydration from the Hydrochlorothiazide, which is a diuretic. ## i did talk to my doctor n he said he doesn,t see the connection between the hip pain n thye new med.however i'm still locked in to thyat becausr it started with in 12 hours afterb taking this med.i had been on diovan/hct for about 5 years and no proble...

There are some Carvedilol similar to this, such as with the numbers 242 on them and others in a different dosage with 245, but I'm not finding anything with just a 256. Just got rx for 10mg of Amlodipine Besylate but my markings don't match any descriptions. Pretty large white round, thick pill with L U on one side and H 13 on the other......Is this the right rx? I'm switching from Lisinopril because of the annoying cough but the listed side effects for this drug sound really serious. ## Yes, that is the correct tablet, it contains 10mgs of Amlodipine and the potential side effects for any medication can be serious and problematic, but the only way to find out how it affects you is by actually trying it. Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor?

Did Norvasc change the color of Lotrel 10 40. It usually is a blue cap with Lotrel imprinted on on it. last refill pill is blue and white cap with E16 imprint. Pharmacist says they changed. ## Okay, first Norvasc is not the name of the manufacturer, that is actually the name of another medication. Lotrel is a name brand for a combination medication that contains Amlodipine and Benazepril, which is manufactured by Novartis. The capsule you received from your pharmacy is a generic for Lotrel, which contains the same active ingredients in the same dosage, they are manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The pills I received from the pharmacy are blue and white with E16 imprinted on them, however, the manufacturer is sandoz-cs (geneva). Is that the ...

I have right renal artery stenosis and a mechanical aortic valve replacement. l would like to know if Verelan ER / PM is safer to take than Verapamil ER? Thank you so much for a reply. ## They are both the same thing, the Veralan is just a name brand for Verapamil. Thus, as to safety and the risk of side effects, the possible issues would be identical. Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor?

best time of day or night to take morning or night ## What has your doctor advised? Edarbi contains the active ingredient Azilsartan, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. And, unless they have instructed you otherwise, it should normally be taken in the morning, so it can help control your blood pressure during the times of day that you are most active, since those are the times it is more apt to fluctuate and elevate. At night, when you are resting, your heart rate and blood pressure are normally lower and the medications aren't as important.

Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?

Is it good for sleep or pain. ## Are you referring to a green, round tablet with MYLAN over 184 on one side and the number 40 on the other? If so, then that answer is that it used for neither of the issues you stated. It contains 40mgs of Propranolol, which is a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and some cardiac conditions. Learn more:
