What kind of pill is that. I just received it and not sure what to do with it ## Hi James, I haven't located an exact match to your pill yet, but did come close enough to offer a suggestion as to what it may be or who might make it... Pills marked with PZ (followed by a set of numbers) are commonly identified as Simethicone in varying dosages. Simethicone is used to alleviate bloating, gas, & stomach discomfort. TCL/180 on one side and plain on the other side of a round orange pill. I have been given this to give to my 86 year old blind woman patient. ## Who gave it to you to give to her? The marking, according to the manufacturer Time Cap Laboratories is actually TCL 081 and they list it as being a laxative. The FDA reports its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, stomach cramps, flatulence, and diarrhea.

Pink round tablet scored 44 188 ## Well I cannot find an ID for this exact pill, these are over the counter products, and as such, they do not have the same requirements for imprints and IDs that precription products do. But all pills marked with a 44, followed by numbers are manufactured by LNK International and they only make OTC products that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics of things such as Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl and etc. So this is definitely not a prescription drug. ## Found some small, round orange/ pink pills with 44-218 on them. What are they?

Round orange pill one side, other side no writing ## i got what was supposed to be generic meridia and it has always been capsule form and now it is 10mg small orange (called sunset yellow but looks orange) no writing but there is kind of an octagone around the edges on one side. I am concerned this might not be what i was told ## If there are no markings, then it is not a legal U.S. prescription drug and there is no way to be certain what it is.
