I am currently taking Roxicodone 30's each day. I have suboxone 8mg/2mg to help get off of these. I know the suboxones are the best pill made to help with the withdrawals but I'm wondering if for the firsrt 3 to 5 days when I'm having trouble sleeping and feeling clammy, if i should take like half of a Roxicodone 30 (which i have done in the past), as it helps me to sleep and takes away the clammy feeling? Any other suggestions that you may have? Thanks to anyone answering this for me.

Hi anx.....I will tell you from my expierience I was down to barely any subs like ....5 every other day then I stopped completely cold turkey I had terrible withdrawals for 1 week then my second week I was very blah! It was harder to get off subs for me then roxys, so I then decided to go back on subs week 4 because I could not adjust to normal! But everyone is diffrent my cousin got off sub very easy she had no problems except minor rls and blah for a few weeks but got back to her old self after 3 weeks I on the other hand was throwing up pissing out my ass and could not sleep which when your in wd you are just begging for 1 sub inside but you know it's for the better! As you can tell I'm back on the subs and am going to try again in jan with a diffrent approach because .5 every other day did not work for me! But best I luck and please keep us posted!

They do make a supplement that says it helps with rls I have never tried it but I have seen it at rite aid before! Rls can be awful esp at night walking can help ease the rls pain but that is usually the last thing you want to do a dr told me baths with Epsom salt help but I think the only thing you can do is wait it out unfortunately ! Going back and forth with meds oxy or subs is the worst thing you can do but it the pain is unbareable I usually take a tiny piece of sub at night and only at night every other night it has helped me before but like I said I'm back on 2 8 mg strips a day again ! Come jan when I try to get off them again I'll document my progress!

When you are taking suboxone if your husband still has a lot of other opioids in his system it will make him very sick.it will make withdrawls really bad. most Drs want you to take the dose of suboxone all at one time in the morning. It will take some time getting use too but it does work. Just do not take any other pain meds with it..The suboxone has a blocker in it so any pain meds will not work only make it worse..

Hi Anxious, How are you doing? Sometimes a hot bath or walking helps with RLS but who wants to take a bath or go for a walk in the middle of the night. If your not moving around during the day you should try taking a walk before bed or after supper. This will help a little. Even a short walk does wonders. I know you said your getting them in your arms. Even though your useing your legs to walk your arms are moving and blood is being circulated through them more then when your just sitting or laying down I would think. You could check out Rite Aid like Subpro suggested. Hope you feel better.

Help! I've been on suboxen tabs for four to five days now. Three times a day. Came off methadome cold turkey waited seven days in between. I'm so soooo sick still! Any secrets I can't motivate or feel anything. Sometimes an BAD HEADACHE or swimming feeling. I can't take it. Loosing hope fast.....

Well plz give me your e mail. as I was adicted to what started as perks,vics,for 2yrs,then 3yrs of 200/600mg morphine a day.Then tha. Well went dry so after 5 more years of needing 4/5 oxy 80's a day ,so now I was 10 years dependent,I went on methadone was on it for 10 yrs N 3 months,last dose 400mg a day,now three years latter im down to 1 or less strips a day.. cant find doc,100% out..

I have been on suboxone for 3 years! And I still sometimes have to take more than prescribed, I also have the worst heart burn I feel like I'm having a heart attack!! An I wud say yes i am addicted to sub.bcuz the withdrawl are hell because I tryed cold Turkey because my doctor says I have 3 more years to go

Muscle relaxer or an anti anxiety drug like valium or xanax but use small doses and only for a week while doing a quick detox.Long drawn out detoxes are usually not successful.Will power is real important.find it in your self and use a good doctor.Be honest and tell the doc i am willing to go through some discomfort to get this done but i need to get sleep at night.stay as active as you can during the day and get off the stuff quick.Easier and you can do this.We all can!

I went on a binge about 4 roxi 30's for about 9 days Can feel it already when they start to wear off Havnt been on them that long but know I will feel withdrawals. Do you think 12 hours is long to wait enough and what induction dose do you think I should start with? Thanks

I was dosing the same as you 10-30's a day. Tapered down to 5 the next day, got my subs, at about 6 pm and took no roxys at all that day. Then did 1/2 2mg sub every 6 hours for first 2 days. Then one a day after that. I haven't taken any roxy at all since. Going on 4 weeks. You should get to early wd's: sick /shaky/clammy/ no sleep. Then take the subs. They replace the roxy. And after day 2, the roxy won't have any effect on you.

I have been on three films a day 8/2 today I only had one this am till 8 days from now I can't be sick that long can I take 30 mg Roxie one a day yo get by till I here my script not what I want to do bit for personal reasons I can't be sick I have pretty fast matabilism when would I be able to take it to keep me from being sick n how long do I have to wait and will one a day work need answer ASAP like noe lol Thank-you
