I accidentally left my duac tube in my car while I was at work. It recommends that it is stored at 77 degrees. However, I am sure that inside my car it reached over 100 degrees today. Does anyone know if this will affect Duac? Can I still use my prescription or do I need to get it refilled? ## I see this was posted several weeks ago, did you ask your doctor, or pharmacist? Usually, the excess heat can cause the ointment to start breaking down, but it can really depend on how long it was exposed to such temperatures.

Are there any withdrawals or side effects from stopping Tacrolimus? I had a heart tx and I'm still on Rappamune, Cellcept, and Prednisolone. ## Has your doctor advised you to stop taking it? It is an immunosuppressant, so you should always follow your doctor's advice about taking such medications, as a sudden cessation that isn't supervised could result in organ rejection.

What are the side effects of it ? ## Shelcal CT is a supplement that contains Calcium and Calcitrol, it is used to prevent or treat the conditions that can be associated with a lack of these vital nutrients. As to side effects, supplements aren't tested for them, as is done with prescription medications, but it is known that the calcium can sometimes cause constipation. I found a green oblong matalic pill and on one side it says N+C ## I'm not sure which one of their products it is, but pills with this N+C marking are manufactured by a company called Nature's Cure, they manufacture several different natural supplements to treat acne and feminine issues. My Dermatologist suggested that I take xorimax for 4 months to clear my severe acne. I have cystic acne as well as white heads and black heads. I can't take accutane as I am planning to start a family. I was just wondering that isn't that a very long dose of antibiotics. Any suggestions? ## I went through 5 rounds of accutane in my 20's. I would like to remove a non painful epidermoid cysts without surgery. Any thoughts? Would ichthammol application help? Can't afford surgery witha $5000 deductible and I work for myself. ## What has your doctor advised as an alternative to surgery? I am so very sorry for all your problems with Accutance, but I absolutely adore this drug! I took Accutane when I was 15 because I went to sleep crying every night because I could not wear the dresses, basketball, or cheerleading uniforms that I was required to wear. I am now 22 and still have wonderful skin. I would take this drug over again and I would recommend it to ANYONE. I hate that some of you had awful results with this drug, but I think it is wonderful. I did not suffer any side affects and have yet to. Can Duxaril help in treating tinitus as well as swelling in the retina of the right eye? In 2000, I had a blurred vision in both eyes and after taking Duxaril for 30 days, vision were restored. However, I had Tinitus for 3 years now and blurring recurred in right eye. Its white, oblong, has b595 on it and nothing on the back. no score. ## Hi swim, This pill description does not show up under any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, so I can't find any information on it. I also tried searching a few different variations of the imprint, but the closest imprint I could find "M 595" does not match your physical description of the pill. Is there any possibility that the marking has simply been misread? If not, you may want to consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. I was 16 and on accutane for cystic acne in 1985. I remember sitting in class, taking a test and a drop of blood from my nose hit my test paper. I actually had blood clots from my nose! In my early 20's i had constant neck and shoulder tension. I am starting to believe the chronic aches and pains are due to taking accutane. My mom has always thought that I suffer from arthritis. ## Have you discussed this with a doctor? It is well known that Accutane can cause odd side effects and some health problems that may be permanent and can show up long after someone has taken it.

My father is 73 years old. He suffering from Vission Problem. We took him to the local Doctors. Doctor told that the diseas concern with Retina. WHITE OVAL SHAPED PILL I FOUND NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER, IT HAS A SCORE LINE BETWEEN N AND C- OTHER SIDE 20. ## I'm not 100% certain, but I believe this may be an over the counter product manufactured and sold by Nature's Cure, they sell several herbal acne remedies. However, since they aren't require to be listed with any government agency, I am not sure which one this is. Does anyone else have more information on this tablet?

I have taken accutane when I was 26, 36 and 41. I'm now 48 and thinking of taking it again as the oil on my face has come back worst than when I was in my 20's. I now have enlarged oil glands that have come to the surface so now instead of having pimples I have bumps that almost look like little warts on my face. Freezing them doesn't do anything. I've scraped a couple off with my fingernail but they come right back. Accutane will take care of them but at my age I'm not sure about taking it for a 4th time. Even when it's a cold out my face starts getting shinny before I've even left for work. I was perscribed accutane or roaccutane in the UK when I was about 19 (1997) all seemed well at first but in the last 15 years I have suffered from boils/systs mainly around my face and head area, my hair started going grey not long after taking the medicine and yesterday I found out I have arthritis in my wrists. I'm only 34 and none of these problems are prevalent in my family. My advice is, stay clear or try other alternative medicine or put up with the acne, If I could go back I would rather have the acne than the possible side efects of this drug.

I am Radii, 23 years old female I am suffering from Autoimmune hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) In First dose i used Tab. Wysolone 40mg thrice daily per day. Within 15days , I was put on weight more than 5kgs.After 20days Severe headache came at nights.. daily.. My 25 yr old daughter took accutaine 6 months ago, for 5 months and now has depression and fatigue. Also she has ringing in her ears, blurry vision and headaches. She's having trouble working as she did a year ago. Anyone else have these symptoms? Any suggestions about what she can do to help with these symptomsand how long they may last? Thanks for any help anyone can offer. ## Accutane is actually well known for causing such symptoms, even after the course of treatment is finished. However, to be certain that's what has caused them, she should see a doctor who can give her a proper diagnose and help her find solutions. Are there any other questions or comments?
