Wysolone Side Effects I Gotten

I am Radii, 23 years old female
I am suffering from Autoimmune hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) In First dose i used Tab. Wysolone 40mg thrice daily per day. Within 15days , I was put on weight more than 5kgs.After 20days Severe headache came at nights.. daily.. That much of Headache i am not explaining in words.After that, cramps in hands and legs.Those are very and very severe.After that physician reduce the dose to 40mg once daily..I used Tab.Wysolone in October 2010 .I stopped Tab.Wysolone in April 2011.Last dose i used last dose as 2.5mg once daily..Now i am some normal. Please tell me to prevent all these problems.

Iam Ayub,48 years old am sufrng from high protein urea thats is above 2000,doctor sugestd me 40mg of wysolone tab once in a day am suffering from severe cramps in legs..am am gaining my weight...i dont have any change by using this wysolone tab..i want to change my treatment into homeopathy tabs,that doctr told to stop completly wysolone tab can u sugest me how to reduce wysolone tab day-by-day ..
