Accutane At 48 For Oily Skin

I have taken accutane when I was 26, 36 and 41. I'm now 48 and thinking of taking it again as the oil on my face has come back worst than when I was in my 20's. I now have enlarged oil glands that have come to the surface so now instead of having pimples I have bumps that almost look like little warts on my face. Freezing them doesn't do anything. I've scraped a couple off with my fingernail but they come right back. Accutane will take care of them but at my age I'm not sure about taking it for a 4th time. Even when it's a cold out my face starts getting shinny before I've even left for work. Any success stories on how to get rid of enlarged oil glands without accutane?

As to the Accutane, I'd suggest discussing it with your doctor, there can be some problems associated with its use, especially repeated or long-term.
