Round white pill with 2410 V on it, what is it? ## Found a match! it's Carisoprodol 350 mg, which is a centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant whose active metabolite is meprobamate. Manufacturer: Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code: 00254-2410 (Discontinued) Hope this helps! ## Generic Soma is carisoprodol, which is a precursor of meprobamate. It is not meprobamate itself; but it is in the same class of drugs called dicarbamate derivatives. They do not relax skeletal muscle tissue directly--they relax the body through their sedative properties. And carisoprodol--brand name Soma--is not nearly as potent as meprobamate (brand names: Equanil, Miltown) which is a Schedule IV controlled substance. Carisoprodol is not controlled, it is Rx Only--unscheduled. But it does hav...
Doc has me on Cyclobenzaprine HCl (10 mg). 1 every 8 hrs as needed for back pain. These are very effective for the pain but make me VERY sleepy. I have read positive reviews on Soma. Does Soma have the same drowsy effect or can they be taken during the daytime ## Both Clyclobenzaprine and Soma, which contains Carisoprodol, are muscle relaxants and can cause drowsiness as a side effect. How long have you been taking it? Most side effects usually hit their peak around 4 to 6 weeks of use, once the medication reaches its full effectiveness in the body, and they will taper off in severity, after that. However, if you have been taking it longer than that and are still having such severe problems with the drowsiness, then you should definitely discuss it with your doctor. Is there anything el...
I have been diagnosed with stenosis. Walking becomes painful but is recommended for exercise. How can I exercise pain free? ## Have you discussed it with your doctor? While it may be painful, for awhile, as your body gets used to the exercise, it should gradually improve. Anyone that isn't used to exercising, will experience some pain, when they first start and, with your condition, this will obviously be worse for you, but the only that can really help is perseverance. Has your doctor prescribed Skelaxin? It contains the active ingredient Metaxalone and is a muscle relaxant, its side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and weight changes. Learn more:
Can i take Morphin 15mg with dan 5513? ## can i take morphin 15mg with dan 5513? ## The tablet marked DAN 5513 contains 350mgs of Carisoprodol, which is a muscle relaxant. These types of medications are often combined with other analgesics, such as Morphine, to help give the patient better pain control. I have a chronic back pain, and have many Rx from 2005. Could I still use them? How old is too old? ## As with anything, whether it be drugs, food or drink, you should not take them if they are out of date. The date is on the packet for your safety, and you could experience more adverse effects from taking out of date medication. Also most medications can begin to loose their effectiveness at any time passed the expiration date (it would be difficult to pinpoint exactly when it starts degrading), so it would be best in your case to just request a new prescription given the length of time it has been out of date. However, if you'd really like to be certain about the pills degradation, you would have to take them to a lab and have them analyzed for quality. I don't know how to go ...

I was sleeping along side of the road because I was tired. An oficer came up to my car and arrested me for dui. They took an urine sample and it came back possitive for soma which I have a prescription for and have been taking for over 15 years. Is there a limit that you have to have in your system or just having it there makes a person guilty? ## Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, it is a muscle relaxant. As to the ramifications, I am really not sure, because it can vary according to state law. is 4211 v the same as soma ## Even though both medications are noted to be a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms, 4211 V (Methocarbamol) is not the same as Soma (Carisoprodol). They both have a completely different chemical structure. I suppose if you had to choose between the two medications it would be a difference of side effects, inactive ingredients that you may or may not be allergic to, and personal preference on how each one makes you feel (maybe one is more effective than the other for certain individuals). Can taking this drug cause a positive on a drug test for cocaine? ## well seeing as how cocaine is not used in medicine anymore and cyclobenzaprine is a pharm drug i am positive that it wont...because if it did cause a positive for cocaine it wouldnt be prescribed. ## That is correct, Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant, in no way related to opaites, so it will not cause a positive on any drugs tests. ## Flexeril is chemically similar to Tricyclic Antidepressants so it may show on a drug screen as a TCA. ## what does seroquel show on drug test ## Seroquel shows up as a barbituate. I know because that was the only drug I had taken for a drug screen and I failed for barbs. They did a lab test to prove it was my prescription. I found these in my medicine cabnet it has my name on the bottle but I can't remember what it is for . ## I do know that U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. However, the way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so that is actually something you'd have to contact the manufacturer about. The manufacturer of this specific pill is Watson Pharmaceuticals. You should be able to pull up their webpage on google. Hope this helps! Also in case you were still wondering, Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant, typically prescribed to relieve pain and muscle spasms. For more information about this drug, please refer to the l...
