Muscadol is listed as containing Paracetamol and Orphenadrine, it is used to treat pain, fever, muscle spasms and some symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.

It may cause orthostatic hypotension, as a side effect, due to the way it works in the body, but not, it is not actually effective to lower high blood pressure regularly.
