Maritza...I too experienced the different heart rate and the need to take a deeper breath but not being able to easily. I have been taking FP for 7 months. I've lost 22 lbs and only need to lose about 5 lbs more. I love the fact that I'm never hungry. Food is not the first thing on my mind anymore. But...with that being said, I often think,what the hell is this doing to the inside of my body? After you see the doctor, would you please post what he says about this. I did have blood work done recently and nothing was out of the ordinary! Thanks! Good luck to you! j

So my mom has been on fruta planta starting Nov 10. she did not lose any weight the first week. The second week she lost some weight (1 1/2lbs) She has weighed herself today and she has lost 3lbs. She is extremely happy. She thought at first it wasn't going to work for her. She was about to quit and stop taking them. With that said; give it time to kick in, not everyone is the same, some people might need more time than others. I told her that if she would have stopped, she would have never known that they actually work for her. Lots of luck to everyone.

I started on fp a month ago and lost 22 lbs. I have always drank a lot of water so I am not sure if dry mouth was an issue. I ordered mine after careful research from netnutri. I feel better and my skin and body looks and feels great.
I receive a lot of compliments on how thin I look.
I just ordered my second box.

big question where did al of you all get these pills. keep hearing that there are real and fake ones. i just ordered mine from ArnoldSupplements and hop that they are real. I had a friend that ordered pill from netnuti and they were fake and made her hungry... please help if u have any info

honestly it's stupid to take a chance and possibly buy the fake ones just to save money. you have no idea what ingredients are going into those pills because they legally can not have the same content. if you want to buy the real ones go to frutaplanta dot com. they may be $30 dollars but it's worth it to know that what you are taking is authentic

Ok I started taking the pills Monday this wk. Forgot to take it with a glass of WARM water instead was taking it with ice water. Drank the warm water today though. Haven't noticed any difference with anything at all yet. Still wanting to eat sweet stuff in the afternoon. Appetite is still the same too. Starting WW new plan tomorrow also. Not sure how long it takes before I should notice the appetite going away and increased energy. Can't wait for those 2 to change! Walked/jogged 3 fast miles this morning. Anybody else exercising to lose so much and so fast?
Clarisa- what did you do to lose so much? I would love to lose like you did. I had 3 boys, youngest is 7. Still have the extra belly weight from my 2nd who is 12 now. :( Just want it gone already. I'm also going through menopause early, so my hormones are out of whack. Hopefully, that won't keep me from losing. It's been so difficult so far but maybe this pill will help.

Just wanted to let those that have short breath,well the box do say that if u have trouble with high blood presure u shouldnt take it and it is because your heart beat is gonna go up in most people

thank you Jul - I haven't seen the doctor, but since I stopped taking FP, I haven't experience anymore short of breathe. And it's strange because I don't have any high blood pressure, I am not a diabetic or have any other issues with my health. Any ways, once I see a doctor I will inform you. Thank you.

I've taken FP for a month and lost 9lbs. I've had some side affects like dry mouth and problems sleeping. I drink plenty of water daily and the dry mouth goes away if you drink water. The first week of taking these pills I noticed headaches but they went away after the first week. I have more energy from these pills than I used to get from Hydroxycut. I definitely recommend FP. A few coworkers are taking FP and all have lost weight with out any side affects. I will recommend that if you start taking these pills don't take any other weight loss or supplements as well as any medication other than Advil or Tylenol. Since I've been of the pills my appetite has come back. I am probably going to wait a month before I start again. I have been exercising but not as much as I want since I am at work most of the day and have little ones running around the house. These pills definitely work but it is not for everyone. Good luck.

After taking fp for only a couple of days, I experienced rapid heart beat and a UTI. I really want to lose these last 10 pounds, but these pills may be dangerous and not worth the risk. I guess I'll have to lose weight the hard way!

Keep up the hard work, I try to excercise and my laziness wins everytime:) Make sure you take it until you finish the box, because with this pill it definately works differently for everyone. My mother thought she was going to see results fast and with her that's not the case. If you don't like the warm water, you can always try room temperature water; that's what I do.

I would say getting the authentic, is a big question mark. I think we all think we have the authentic. It really all depends on your body. Everyone has mentioned different sites and while they work for them, they don't work for others. While Netr.. didn't work for your friend they have worked for others. Before I purchased mine (which by the way is not netri..), I found a post that said that arnoldsup... didn't work for them, but they might work for you. Remember just because it cost a lot doesn't mean it will work. I've found many postings of all different sites, some claiming it works and some claiming it doesn't. BIG Question Mark?
So, which ever way/site you go with, good luck. I wish we all have great and healthy results. No matter where we get it from, if it be the cheap or expensive route.

I got the pills from frutaplanta.com ($30.00 for one box), took them for 2 weeks and lost 7 pounds, however I stopped because I couldn't bear the fast heart beat, the insomnia, constipation, dry mouth, some anxiety... I have been off the pill for 5 days now, and still have some of the side effects, I guess I'll just wait for my body to get rid of the excess of the ingredients... I'm working out and eating healthy and regret taking these pills... I don't know if they are real or fake, all I know is that even being 30 pounds overweight always felt healthy and now I feel like crap... hopefully i'll get better soon and lose the weight the way it is supposed to be lost: Eating little and exercising!

So I been takeing this pill for about 8 days.. I can't really sleep, and when I do I weak up every 20 mins... so I been trying to take the pill around 7 am.. so I could be able to sleep well at night.. I notice I don't want to eat, but I make myself eat.. I also notice I get bad breath.. I try to drink lots of water, that some time helps..

Jackie, where did you get yours from?

I used to purchase mine from itseasytobefit dot com because everyone said that they had the same manufacturers as Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet on amazon.
My friend and I purchased from itseasytobefit dot com around October and receieved a box WITHOUT holographic designs, the DUC on Reduce were in BOLD font and the pills were the same color as the box. THOSE PILLS WORKED WONDERS! MY FRIEND AND I LOST 25 POUNDS IN A MONTH, so we decided to buy four boxes each on the same website.
The second time we ordered, the box were completely different! They had holographic designs all over them. We didn't lose any weight but had horrible side effects. We got hungry, so we tried the PINK ADVANCE FP and those didn't work either.
I ordered from Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet on amazon a couple days ago and their ad had a picture of a box WITHOUT the holographic. I hope these will be like the first box I got.
Btw, I haven't gain all the weight back. The most I've gained was over the holidays which was 4 pounds...other then that I have kept the weight off.

My 1st box was like the 1st ones you bought. I have not had the luck that you and your friend have had. I would love to lose 25 lbs. in a month. I stopped taking them the week before Christmas, having one more pkg in the box to take. Didn't really lose anything yet. I expected to feel something like no hunger or cravings. Didn't notice any change. Sometimes I thought they might be working since I wasn't too hungry that evening. That happened a couple of times. But other than that I didn't feel a change. What did you do when you started taking them? My friend told me I should stop eating carbs all together and I'll lose. I'm sure that's true but I thought the pills would make me not want to eat or curb cravings. Did you exercise, drink lots of water, what did you eat and did you want to eat other bad things and you just didn't? Like Christmas sweets? My weekness is sweets. :( I want this pill to help with that. I may just HAVE to try this new Weight Watchers plan after all.

hi guys, after months of hesitation and reading lots of pros and cons i took the plunge and have been fruta planta for 4 months taking breaks in between, i use to buy them off a seller on ebay but they no longer carry them, luckly i was able to keep in contact, i had friends and family buy the product and 8 out of 10 had results, my sister who is 230lbs says she had no effects which was weird since i dropped 14lbs in 2weeks. i dont loose much sleep but i notice i dont wake up groggy and i drink lots of water. i recommend my seller who takes payments thru paypal and you can text or email orders, i get a better price because of my continued business but she sells them for $15 including the shipping!! good luck with all lets trade tips and tricks! new year new mind! i plan to stay healthier for 2011.

I'm a little nervous. Just received the boxes today, then saw all these warnings about it here... Looked up one of the ingredients that gave heart attacks, and its said it was banned in the USA now...

I'm currently taking CLA, and SAM-e for depression. Should i STOP everything while on fruta planta?

AND if anyone did blood work, any metal poisoning?

FDA Warns Against Fruta Planta Weight Loss Products

Print Email Share Comments (2) Text Size The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has disclosed PRock Marketing LLC would recall all Fruta Planta weight loss products, after testing confirmed they contained sibutramine, a drug withdrawn from the market for safety reasons.

According to the FDA, PRock, a branding and distribution company, is recalling Fruta Planta and Reduce Weight Fruta Planta. The FDA said it has received "multiple reports of adverse events" associated with the use of the products, including several cardiac events and one death.

The FDA advised consumers halt use of the product "immediately" and throw it away in a sealed container to avoid consumption. Consumers who have experienced any negative side effects were advised to consult a health care professional.

PRock's recall notice recommends consumers destroy the product or return it to the company. Consumers may reach PRock at 1-877-225-1009.

According to a website where the product was sold, Fruta Planta was an "all natural organic" Chinese weight loss drug that touted its ability to eliminate body fat, saying users could lose up to 15 pounds in the first month without diet or exercise. Fruta Planta was marketed as a product that could boost metabolism, curb appetite and cut food cravings.

Efforts to reach the company were initially unsuccessful.

The disclosure came after the FDA sent a letter to dietary-supplement makers earlier this month expressing concern about improperly labeled products with substances that don't qualify as dietary ingredients. The FDA has alerted consumers to at least 300 tainted products marketed to dietary supplements in recent years and received numerous injury complaints related to them.

Unlike drugs, dietary supplements don't require FDA approval, though manufacturers and distributors are responsible for selling a safe product.

Fruta Planta is NOT safe at all! I started taking it about 10 days ago because my cousin told me her 12 year old son lost 45 lbs using these pills for 5 months. The idea of losing weight so quickly and easily was so appealing that I decided on giving them a try because I thought they were natural..after all, my cousin gave them to a child! The day I took them I was so sluggish and the pill immediately knocked me out for about 2 hours. The second day, I had a temporary headache at night and was unable to sleep until 3am. I did not experience much dry mouth, perhaps because I drank enough water. The next few days, horrible things began to happen to me. My heart was racing, my chest was hurting incredibly- as if I had 300lbs sitting on me. I had painful stomach cramps that led to diarrhea and vomiting. Because of all these side effects, I started to research this "100% natural pill" and after 20 plus hours of research I have found many horrible truths. Fruta planta has sibutramine, arsenic, lead and mercury along with the fruits and plants it claims to have! I was so furious that I decided on calling a number the FDA had given me of a distributor that was recalling fruta planta. The representative told me that fruta planta is not natural, that it does have lead, arsenic (rat poison) and mercury in low quantities from the pesticides used on the "planta". This company Prock also stated that they were unaware that all fruta planta pills whether fake or original contained sibutramine at first but now knows that each pill has sibutramine in it. When I asked her how much sibutramine each pill contained, the representative said "anywhere from 12-18.9mg" (thats double the amount that was prescribed and monitored to obese patients in the past) Sibutramine has been taken off the market in the U.S. and in numerous countries because of the damage it can do to the heart. It can increase many cardiovascular diseases and lead to stroke or heart attack. I don't know how many deaths exactly sibutramine or fruta planta have caused but I am sure it is dangerous enough to be taken off the market. I ended up in the emergency room 2 days ago on an EKG that read 126 - and I still have chest pain. I would not advise anyone to continue taking this pill even if you do see weight loss. the 5 or 6 lbs I lost in these 10 days are not worth the side effects or rushing to a hospital because I felt like I was having a heart attack- The cardiologist said that I am not the first case she sees with high blood pressure because of these diet pills. I hope this has been informational- you can always read more about what fruta planta really contains on the FDAwebsite and also call this number 877-225-1009 with all your questions before 5pm. I left a message and someone got back to me immediately. Drink a gallon of water and flush this pill out ASAP.
