My sister has been on hers since May and she hasn't had any problems at all. I've been on mine since June and I haven't had any health concerns as well. I go in for regular check ups (my doctor is sick of seeing me..LOL) and they always come back negative.

Where did you and your sister purchase your FP? I just heard about this product last night by a friend. She's lost 5 pounds in 2 wks. I didn't know to ask her about any of these side effects. I just happened upon this page today while trying to find some to buy myself. My friend has about 10 more pounds to lose if that. I have 95 pounds to lose so I would need to be on them for a while. I've read everyone's comments here and am scared to death to try them. I definitely don't want the side effects, though I can deal with the dry mouth. I drink more than 96 oz. of water a day anyway, trying to lose weight. Just joined Weight Watchers a few weeks ago and barely made it through Halloween with all the chocolate from my kids treat bags. I've lost 3.4 since I joined but expect a bigger loss this week since the candy isn't an issue anymore. I just would like a booster to lose a little faster without having cravings. The afternoon and evenings are hard with carb cravings, mostly sweets, not breads/pasta. I would LOVE to lose 25 or 30 pounds in 4 wks!!
If anyone else has had success with no side effects or nothing but the drymouth, please let me know where you ordered from.

Quiroenterprise is not the real fruta planta! If you look on their website at the box they have pictured it is missing the silver box with the Portuguese writing and the silver strip on the security sticker is supposed to be at the bottom!

Ok, thanks for the warning. This is crazy. My friend across the street showed me her box yesterday. Her pills are green and white. She hasn't had ANY side effects and has lost 5 pounds in almost 2 wks. And she wants to lose 5 more. She's l20. So if she can lose 5 that fast then I should be able to lose more because 120 is my goal and I weigh 215. I just checked out Arnold Supplements website. They say they are the REAL DEAL. 98% of the reviews are positive. 1 person said she hasn't lost anything yet. Nothing like the comments on this website. I wonder what the difference is. Someone on this site said Arnold Supplements sold her the 1st box and she did great with no side effects but the 2nd box was different, not the real ones. Hmmmmm.....what to do. I would like to go ahead and try to order from Arnold. My friend will be going back to the store for more next week and it's 4 hours away. So I won't be able to see the pills she gets ($18/bx) until she comes back home. :( I'm ready to do this now. Ughh....scared.

Oh, I wanted to mention this. When my friend bought hers from the Brazilian store in Boca Raton, they instructed her not to have ANY caffeine. It will make your heart race. Not sure if some of the people taking FP are drinking coffee or not. Even decaf has caffeine. You should check out the reviews on the Arnoldsupplements.com website and read what they all have to say. My husband said maybe they are writing the reviews themselves using different names? Since they have such positive results and reviews. Anyone else buy from Arnold? I checked at the healthfood stores locally even GNC and no one has ever heard of them. Once I say that FP is a diet pill from China, they say "Oh. No we don't carry it." I also have described the pill and what's in it. It sounds healthy except when you read here that there's a substance like Meridia in it. Maybe some people are allergic to it. Where does it say that ingredient is in it? All I've read is Lemon, Bitter Melon, Papaya, Mangosteen, Spirulina Maxima, Radish Fruit and Fruit Gum (for binding). Some wesites don't list the Radish Fruit or Papaya but have something different instead.

I've been trying to post where I got mine, but the site won't let me. I too did not get any side effects or got ill in anyway. That's why when I ran into this site, I was curious to what people were actually talking about. I have lost weight with no side effects and I only pay 16 for mine. Good Luck to all. Why don't you get them from your friend.

Thank you. I just sent them an email. We'll see what happens. My friend will get me some from the store in Boca and will be back in a couple of weeks. I was hoping to get it this week if I could find it. Looks like I'll have to wait. :-) How much have you lost and how long did it take you? And how much more do you need to lose? Since I have so much to lose, I wonder if after taking it for a few months, if I should take a break from it and then startup again.

My sister started at 225lb in May she is weighing 175lbs now Nov 8. It took a while, but it's good amount of weight, she hasn't been that low in a long time. I started with 155lbs I now weigh 126lbs. Six more lbs to go and I'm done! Too bad your friend is going away for awhile, you could've started sooner. Good Luck

WOW! Congratulations to you and your sister on the weight loss! I just hope and pray I get the right pills from my friend. I would love to be at my goal by May or June! Good luck to you both finishing your journey. Keep up the good work. I guess I better go do my 5 mile walk. I have to weigh in Thurs a.m. I'm down 2 pnds so far this week. I want to be down at least 2 more. Not sure if I'll make it. We'll see! :0)

Been a mother or six children, friends would always tell me, your going to need a tummy tuck, but I've been taking fruta planta for a month and went from 180 to 153 pounds a total of 27 pds lost. Its been great for me, yes I've notice the dryness of the mouth which I drink plenty of water and goes aways, in top of that I take plenty of Aloe Vera and a Super Colon Clean for the constipation part...I've notice as well that my armpits never smell before, but now they do, I'm going to take it one more month and see how it goes...will keep you all posted...Courtney please let us know what the blood test revealed ... thank you

Well, I dont drink enough water daily--so these pills really did it for me! I mean they are greatttttt for helping you lose fast weight but also makes a person kind of scared. How is this possible? Why, with all the exercises we cant seem to lose weight fast and with this one magic pill were able to lose as much as 30 pounds a month. I mean i loved it! Even after my kidney infection---which by the way my kidneys still hurt till today :(( I still take the pills from time to time. I take it once every week...i feel as though im going to gain weight...so just to keep up i take it time to time.
I do have a question for the 2 sisters though---how did you lose sooo much weight? WHat was your typical eating habit per day? what would you drink?

ps-my pills were real actually....i was always extra cautious with that.
Your body odor does get stronger on some people....I also had a weird smell to me when I would sweat..thank god that went away! My friend broke out bad in her face she said---everyone has diff reactions, but alot of people has had the kidney infections or the uti. This pill sucksss all the water out of your body---so as long as you keep up with the water everything should be fine!

Mistake,

I was drinking soda on the regular before starting the pill, so I quit soda. Soda is considered a dehydrating fluid (so are some other fluids). I only drink water and so does my sister, but my sister sometimes will drink a little bit of juice. I don't drink anything but water. I figured If I was going to do this, then there were some changes in order. Cutting bad habbits out of my daily eating (soda accompanied all my food, sometimes even breakfast). My food choice varies, but it's something like this. I eat a bowl of cereal or dry cereal for breakfast (fiber one-honey clusters) Lunch: toasted white bread chicken sandwich, with a little of mayo, no mustard and lettuce. Sometimes, left overs from last nights dinner, except smaller portions. Dinner: Roasted chicken, I measure a cup of rice or whatever the side is (mashed potatoes, rice) lots of veggies. I usually get full fast. I never was a measuring person, but after I took the pills, I noticed I was throwing away lots of food, so I changed how much I would serve myself. I don't fry anything, and maybe twice a month, I will indulge in Mcdonalds (big mac and I remove the middle bun, with small fries) or eating out, but same choices as if I were home and no soda. I eat regular I would say, just no fry foods, no soda, no chips on the regular (I'm not that fond of chips or cookies). I do not count carbs or calories. I just eat smaller portions. I do indulge, but not often. Now my sister does notice that she eats smaller portions too. She gets full faster. My mother just started this week. She is 55yrs old, weighs 142lbs and has menopause. Hi people! ive been using fb for 10 days now, i didnt take it yesterday because i was feeling dizzy and wanted to see if it was the pill or if i was feeling like that because i have anemia. well i love the fact that ive lost 5 pounds in 10 days and i wasnt as strict in my diet as i should but i kinda did it to see how good it is. well i do have the dry mouth but im kinda used to it cause i never drink water but i have been trying to drink 8 big glasses of water a day. also i dont feel as energetic as some people say but again it might be because im anemic. im gonna keep on using it and well see how it works :)

I lozzt lotzz of weight. .. I never felt happier in my life but noww I am dealing with terrible ance. And it all started two weekzz after taking fruta planta. I didn't want to believe it but yes. .. it will cause you acne. .. constipation andd heachachez. We all react differently. But I will stopp ! like my sister said. .. I rather b chubby than have that terrible acne. Heyy it hurts but its truth ! Now there's no point of being skinny with lotzzzz of acne =[… ill stopp and see if its that if not I will keep you informed.

Seriously, some of you scare me. I understand wanting to know if your symptoms are normal and to compare experiences, but if you are coming on here just to ask HOW to take the pills and ask HOW they work, you should NOT be taking them! It's a serious medicine, not made for little kids or idiots, not sure which a couple of you are that ask dumb questions about how to take them.

Hi, this is my first time posting something about FP. I have been taking FP on and off for about a month and a half now. At the beginning I took them every day for about two weeks and then I stopped and started again about two weeks later. When I started the second time, I was taking them every other day. I have lost a total of 20 lbs now. But, lately I started getting short of breath and my heart beat was different. I did get dry mouth, but none of the other symtoms. Except now for the short of breath and the different heart beat. I am very concern now. I stopped taking the pills. I am making a doctor's appt. for I am very concern. I see myself taking deep breaths in order to be completely satisfied with my breathing. Has anyone experienced any of these symtoms? Please let me know. Thank you

First time taking FP i was able to lose 16 pounds in seven weeks side effect was constipation, pinching feeling in my abdomen, breakout and dry mouth it does definitely help to supress your appetite as long as you keep drinking a lot of water thru out the day .
