Tablets regarding to Dibetics ## There are only certain details available to me about this drug because it is not available in the U.S. From what I have found, Triglucored Forte contains the active ingredients Glibenclamide (Glyburide) + Metformin HCl + Rosiglitazone Maleate, used in treating Type 2 Diabetes - this combination of active ingredients is also not available in the US under any brands either. I am so frustrated with drug companies adding sugar alcohols like sorbitol and mannitol in medicines. I have been taking Prilosec for gastritis for about 10 months. My doctor asked that the pharmacist give me an rx (for gastritis) that does not contain sorbitol. I have been taking the Prilosec for over 1 month and I am still having my symptoms. I just check the ingredients and it contains mannitol which is just like sorbitol. WHY is this allowed in medicine. There are a huge number of people (especially those with irritable bowel syndrome) who are becoming sicker because sorbitol and mannitol causes gastritis issues with them and others like me who get extremely sick (and dehydrated) with just a little bit of this! hi im 53 years old and iv been having diabetics for the last 13 years and my sugar levels have been within the limits of 135 - 175 after meals and my weight is 65 KG plus i do checks ups on time and do follow a proper meal plan and stuff. i take 1 SR in the night and one januvia in the morning and that's all i take, so i need to find out the side effects of using these two tablets and if there any better tablets i can take to minimize side effects and to live a healthy life.

I have recently been prescribed isosorbide mn er 30mg for chest pain. My blood glucose has risen by about 50mg/dl. I've been taking metformin 500 mg tabs for 2yrs and this is the 1st time I've received a pill with 397 on one side and blank on other and it smells really bad. Never had any metformin smell! I am having pain in the calf zone due to pull of the siatic nerve or so.
