These types of antidiabetic medications that help lower and control blood sugar should normally be taken just before a meal, that way they have a chance to start working, by the time you are digesting your meal, which is when your blood sugar would be affected. However, if your doctor has instructed you to take it at some other time, then you should follow their instructions.

Gemer Forte 2 contains the active ingredients Glimepiride and Metformin, side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and hypoglycemia.
