There are only certain details available to me about this drug because it is not available in the U.S. From what I have found, Triglucored Forte contains the active ingredients Glibenclamide (Glyburide) + Metformin HCl + Rosiglitazone Maleate, used in treating Type 2 Diabetes - this combination of active ingredients is also not available in the US under any brands either.

I need to find out more details re: TRIGLUCORED FORTE.
1. What are it's side effects? E.g. does it cause gastric problems? Does it cause bloating of stomach / abdominal?, etc
2. What should be the normal dosage for a person particularly in cases when the fasting is over 200 and post lunch 250 and he is also on a one time Insulin (taken at night).

This Triglucored Forte : Since last 8 yrs. i am taking this tabs regularly. At the bigining 5 yrs I was taking 1 morning and 1 night before food. last one year half tab in the night before food. My blood sugar is almost normal now a days. Now, I would like to know whether any side effects or not. Last 2, 3 yrs I have some tremor in both hands in a particular position. no other symptom have seen yet. Kindly I am appreciate your advice in this regard.

I AM TAKING 2TABLET,S AT THE THE TIME OF LUNCH & SAME QUANTITY AFTER DINNER.

food i am taking 3-chapaties in lunch & the same quantity in dinner--

IN SPITE OF TAKING 4 TABLETS YOUR SUGAR IS NOT UNDER CONTROL. AND ALL THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE MENTIONED CAN HAPPEN DUE TO THIS DRUG. SO PLEASE GO TO YOUR DOCTOR

I am on glucored forte one in morning one at night and bsugar readings are 17o morning and 210 pp
Not in order what additional med ication is required for me?I also take cardace 2.5 in the morning for albumine leak faintly.

1) being 69 years old its is not safe to take this drug
2)it can cause swelling of the body
3) it can cause stomach upset
moreover the one of the original component of this combination namely rosiglitazone is banned in many parts of the world including india, because it is found to increase heart attack
4) now NEW TRIGLUCORED FORTE ONLY AVAILABLE it is having pioglitazone instead of rosiglitazone. pioglitazone is also banned in many european countries because it is increasing the incidence of bladder cancer
your blood glucose is also not under control so consult your doctor and change your medicines
