It is also prescribed for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on a regular inhaled bronchodilator who continue to have evidence of bronchospasm and who require a second bronchodilator. Dosage information and length of treatment is indicated to be provided by your doctor or pharmacist on a case by case basis. NOTE: I was able to locate dosage info for the liquid version of this medication, but I would think liquid has completely different administration instructions than an inhaler. I hope this info helps! ## When will this inhaler be available again in the market? Its b...

I was prescribed Tedral as a child. Hated it because I always went to sleep. Really would love to take it now. Inhalers don't work. S pens too much time on nebulizer treatment after treatment. Preventive medication the same. I used to try one after the other and for some reason when I take these preventive meds I gain weight. I had asthma from as age 3 to 12. I remember oxygen tents. Now you take a treatment and it may be hours before I have relief. That means the preventive meds don't work. I am 62 now and I am tired. I don't have COPD, just asthma, and it's back as violently now as when I was a child. Difference is nebulizers take a long time to work and keep me up. Ans symb, adva, etc don't work. How do we get the drug administration allow Tedral back on market? T...

My insurance dropped my prescription coverage recently and now I cant afford my inhalers. $100 per inhaler and I go through an inhaler at least once a week. I've been having my usual severe asthma, can hardly breathe, chest pain, tightness, cough, and generally think im slowly suffocating to death. Primatene tablets don't do anything! I'm dying here, please does anyone have any suggestions, other than go to the ER.. I can't afford that either but it is a last resort. It would be very difficult for me to get to the er too. Thanks if anyone can help... ## Do you have a doctor that you see regularly? Either a PCP or pulmonologist? Montelukast + Levocetirizine tablets have been prescribed for white patches and itching on my skin. Kindly advise me on whether it is ok to follow through with this treatment? ## They can be taken together to treat allergic reactions. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. The concern, however, is the white patches, since that might not be indicative of an allergic reaction. Can you post back and clarify what they look like? When did you start experiencing them? There are various other issues that might cause such symptoms, including yeast infections, and dermatitis.
Before 1995 (the year they actually quit selling Marax to Americans here in the USA), it was manufactured by Pfizer and contained Amphetamine (10 or 100 mg dosages), Theophylline (bronchial dilate) and an Antihistamine.... The reason why they stopped using Amphetamine and replaced it with Ephedrine, is so they wouldn't get sued up the arse royally.... I have every serious side effect from being prescribed Marax from 1970 to 1995.... I have an old medical drug dictionary in storage, that has Marax' ingredients in it, and my prescriptions were the 100mg dosages.

My last UA tested false positive for amphetemines. I use nothing that contains amphetemines. I take the following: Advair (250), Benztropine, Levothyroxin, Atorvastatin ,Traxodone, Fluoexetine, Campral. Itested, I tested . I tested "presumed" Positive For Amphetimines. Would any of them cause "presumed positive" on a UA? ## Actually, the Benztropine has been known to cause false positives for Amphetamines, on the less expensive, non-certified tests, this can occur anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I had a prescription bottle that contained my thyroid medicine levothyroxin and was pulled over by a cop who perfomed what I assumed to be a litmus test, and said the swab turned blue and that meant it tested positive for amphetamine...
