I m taking seroflo 250rota inhaler 1-2times everyday.my asthma increase during anxiety. I was prescribed montaire lc ,lost d prescription.How many times in a day should I take ,with food ,or without.

My 11-year-old was on Montair chewable 5mg. The doctor has just increased this to 10 mg. Is this a good thing? She said after the second night that she is feeling light-headed. Please advise as I am concerned.
