Hi there...i am a healthy 28 year old lady with no head preassure and dizzines in the past. i have been on lexamil 20mg for 6 years for anxiety. After talking to my psyciatrist as my anxiety got worse he prescribed nuzak 20mg. I have been tampering off the lexamil while using the nuzak 20mg for 2 months now. I stopped the lexamil 20mg a week ago and my psychiatrist upped my nuzak to 40 mg. I understand that i am still withdrawing the lexamil but have had pressure and dizziness since i started using 40mg of nuzak...is the head preassure and dizziness normal and when will it go away? ## It could be due to the combination of stopping one, while starting the other, according to the NIH. I want to know which is stronger. The Ativan or Xanax? Which one lasts the longest? I have really bad anxiety so I wanted to know which one is better to take? ## Xanax is stronger than Ativan, it is actually twice as strong. You only need a half a milligram of it to equal each 1mg of the Ativan. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. Found this next to my gf bed. She has no anxiety issues I'm aware of.she does have constant stomach pain ( burning if the lower intestine feeling) on the reg. Minor bipolar has always been a question with her temper during periods of sleep or alcohol induced activities. I first started popping half a 2mg xanax about once a day when i was 12 almost 13 and i kept needing more so i went up to about 15 2mg xanax a week when i was 13 to 14. I started to break out a lot after my menopause on top of the extreme anxiety I had. It didn't clear up until I started to use natural skin care. I have been taking .5mg of clonazepam prescribed by my doctor on an as needed basis. I was told its 1/2 life is 18 hours. I have a prescription, but I have an employment physical next week. I took 4 mgs of klonopin at midnight so it's the 16th of January. I haven't taken anything but methadone I get from a clinic that I've been on for 3 1/2 years.. I have a urine coming up in maybe two weeks... Should it be out of my system by then , as long as I drink water.. And what about coffee and red bull. I drink those a lot. I have severe pain in my neck, shoulder and jaw. Been to emerge 5 times in a week and a half. Been given needles of anti inflammatory, needle of steroid and something to freeze it. Was put on Valium for three days. Was told to take 10 mg of amnitriptilyne then another doctor said to up it to 20 mg. Nothing seems to help, just getting worse. I got my refill Tuesday the 6th and today I noticed that the bottle looked short, I counted and there are 30 short. I have a urine drug screen and a physical on Monday. I have very high blood pressure. They always take my blood pressure before these things and I have been told that I can't take the physical if it is above a certain point. My question is, if I take a 1mg clonazepam prior to the drug screen and physical, how soon will it show up after taking effect?
