1 Mg Ativan Vs. 1 Mg Xanax

I want to know which is stronger. The Ativan or Xanax? Which one lasts the longest? I have really bad anxiety so I wanted to know which one is better to take?

Xanax is stronger than Ativan, it is actually twice as strong. You only need a half a milligram of it to equal each 1mg of the Ativan.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability.

However, the only way to know which one will work best for you is by trying them.
