10 Dan 5554 Help For Gf

Found this next to my gf bed. She has no anxiety issues I'm aware of.she does have constant stomach pain ( burning if the lower intestine feeling) on the reg. Minor bipolar has always been a question with her temper during periods of sleep or alcohol induced activities. Any comments ?

Watson Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Propranolol, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, some cardiac conditions, and headaches.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
