Ralivia And Amnitriptilyne Use

I have severe pain in my neck, shoulder and jaw. Been to emerge 5 times in a week and a half. Been given needles of anti inflammatory, needle of steroid and something to freeze it. Was put on Valium for three days. Was told to take 10 mg of amnitriptilyne then another doctor said to up it to 20 mg. Nothing seems to help, just getting worse. I have 100mg ralivia from an old injury. Can I safely take them together
