Tylenol Pm Drug Test

I take about 3,000 mg of tylenol max strength a day - could this cause me to test positive for THC on a urinalysis test? ## I took Tylenol pm 4 days before I had a drug screen for probation. As far as I know, the only OTC thing I can't take is Nyquil due to alcohol in it. Will the Tylenol pm show up as anything? I don't take it but maybe once or twice a week.

The only thing i remember taking is tylenol pm for sleep. Can that make you fail a drug test? ## Can Tylenol pm make me test protive for benzodiazepines? ## The Acetaminophen in Tylenol PM has been known to cause false positives according to NIH reports, so it is always best to inform your doctor that you were taking it. They should be able to send your sample out for further testing. There are more precise tests that should be able to distinguish the difference. Is there anything else I can help with?

im a patient at a methadone clinic and a few of my drug test show positive a faint line for benzos i dont do them, can tylenol pm cause that or diurex water pills ,or heart burn pills or cranberry 500mg , i also was takehydrochlorothiazide 25 mg for my blood pressure and i take ventolin inhaler .. please help me figuare this out , thank you

I take trazodone every night as well as sparingly Advil pm and sometimes melatonin or benadryl. Can any of these show a false positive for ambien? ## Maybe it was the Tylenol PM that you took that would make it seem like it was an Ambien. So they really have tests that can tell whether you took an Ambien or not? MO ## i attend an out patient program i see the lab form they make you sign. it's a 12 panel urine test. i took a few Ambien will it come up or can it give a false positive for opiates or amphetamines??

I am currently on Coumadin, a blood thinner, for blood clots in my leg. I was wondering if this will show up in a 10 panel urine drug test? ## No, this is not something that is tested for on standard drug tests. Taking robitussin, nyquil, extra-strength aleve, sudafed, sudafed pm, cold/flu alka-seltzer, aspirin, tylenol, ibuprofen, norco, afrin, albuterol sulfate inhalant, Ipratopium bromide and albuterol sulfate inhalant, and afrin. Would any of these cause a false positive for amphetamine/methamphetamine? And if so, on what type of drug test(s)?

I think I may have failed a drug screen for pain Dr. I had quit smoking weed a 28 days before the appts, my first appt and I quit the day I made appt. For the previous 2 months before I quit completely I only smoked a cpl puffs cpl days a week. Prior to that, so 77 days before, I smoked not a lot at a time but daily. I am on norco a half 3x day, 10mg cyclobenzaprine 3x day, and also take tylenol pm 1 500mg a night, and excedrin migraine as needed. I am wondering what possibly showed up on the test? I am on suboxone and have been for 1 yr. I havent taking anything other than my subs and over the counter allergy meds and tylenol arthritis. I have had to take 2 drug test in the last 2 weeks and both came back positive for morphine. Now doc dismissed me. May God strike me dead if i am lying i didnt take anything other than what explained above. Why is this happening??? I need to find new doc and am scared to death to put anything in my mouth. I take soma 350mg 3 times a day and narco 750mg 4 times a day. i have to take a urine test in a week. I have them in my system now. can I save my urine now and take the test next week? if I keep it in the fridge will it show up for a pain management urine test ## That is 3000 mg of Tylenol alone per day for your NORCO. Have your liver checked out. You ask about saving your Urine? You can try and not pee for a week and sure you can refrigerate it although I'd ask why as it won't change things. I was dropped from pain clinic for failing a drug test for methamphetamine (which is false). I left urine in bathroom. Doctor says he believes but cant prescribe because he will lose his license. Help hurting in ohio. ## Can Tylenol pm make me test protive for benzodiazepines

I am currently prescribed methadone 10mg tid, zanaflex 4mg qid, adderal er 30 mg qd, Norco 10 mg @ hs, protonics 40 mg qd & trazadone 100 mg vs. I had a drug test 4 wks ago & at the Dr' s office today I was told my body did not break down the Norco correctly, it showed up as hydrocodone instead of hydromor ?? I am in a suboxone program and have been since last March. I have been taking otc sleep aids for well over ten years, but NOTHING else. I get urine tested every Tuesday at my doctor. I have never failed a drug test before. The nurse asked what medications I was taking and I told her just my suboxone and tylenol pm... She said it showed positive for methadone and antidepressants. I was in shock! I am so careful that I have suffered thru two horrible colds (bronchitis once) and refused to take any cold meds. I called the office later to tell the nurse that I did take melatonin a few nights ago, thinking maybe that was it since it was the only different thing I've taken. I tested positive for Cocaine. I take 200mg of Seroquell. I have taken Tylenol pm and Nyquil for my flu. I was wondering can this give me a false reading? I am trying to get my daughter back and they are telling me that I tested positive for drugs when I don't even drink. Please help me. I am in a suboxone program. I failed 2 drug tests for methadone last month and this month, this month at the office and last month at the lab they send the urine to. The only thing is that I have not taken methadone in 4 months. The only different drugs I've taken is stacker swarms and Tylenol pm. I am also prescribed trazaodone, mirtzapine,lisinipril. Please help cause my Dr sent my urine off to the lab to be checked but if I tested positive for methadone from the office it's probably going to also be positive at the lab. Can any of these prescribed or OTC drugs cause a false positive for methadone? Because I haven't taken any methadone.

I'm prescribed suboxone, xanax, vyvanse, prozac and trileptal - but my drug test showed valium. I do not take any other prescription medicine. I take Z quil, Nyquil, Advil pm,Tylenol pm, goody powders. So why is valium showing up in my test?

Was tested and came back for oxycocone, all i take is ambien for sleep, tramadol for pain, amlopodine for blood pressure. Also I take Tylenol pm and Benadryl to help sleep ## I have had a false positive for oxycodone, because of tramadol and neurotin. So I guess it is possible. Especially if you are taking a medication like neurotin in addition to tramadol. ## Yes you can get a false positive for opioids with this drug.
