Hey ive been taking fruta planta for a month. I lost 15 lbs...i stopped taking it bcuz the box says some crap about periods (u all know the box makes no sense) but i was just wondering if anyone takes it during their cycle cuz i really dont want to stop for a week but if i have too i will. ## Goldie, I have taken them with my cycle and there has been no change. Hi! I took fruta planta and lost 30 pounds within 7 months. I had started taking it June of 2011 and I stopped taking it in January of 2012. I was excited I was happy I was skinny.The problem was I ended up in the hospital January of 2012 with very bad pain I ended up having my appendix out and I still was experiencing pain after pain after pain and shortly after that I had that gallbladder removed. Hi, I bought the fruta planta pill and it came from japan. Everything looks authentic, but the instruction pamphlet has english translations in which the words are mispelled. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? So I have been skeptical about Fruta Planta but I just strated today. I'm only going to use 1 box but if I do feel side affects I will stop. The best thing to do is diet & exercise but to be honest 20 pounds is my goal and I am changing my eating habits to be healthier and excercise on a regular basis. I don't want to take it again cuz I don't like to really use products that have so much controversy with the FDA. Yes, FDA approves bad products as well as good but I'd just rather take something that was literally grown from the ground, cut from a tree or bush, and packaged without any processing. This is my 5th wk taking fruta planta, a friend of mine saw how they work so we started together. It's always been so hard to get below 260lbs so I was skeptical. My 1st week I lost 6lbs but I was gaining it back by my 2nd , meanwhile my friend had lost 2 more lbs. So I went to this gym 3x a week and here I am 5 weeks later, weight loss is 15 lbs. Sibutramine cant be banned... I am currently taking it presribed by my doc for my depression. I take 150 mg sr 2 times per day. Im loosing weight and its 100% sibutramine. I dont know why people are saying its banned. Before sibutramine i was on sertraline 50 mg at bed time and i lost weight quicker than ever. Before that i ordered fruta planta off ebay i got 3 boxes for $10.00 believe it or not. I just knew it was not good because the price was cheap. However i took 1 pill of that stuff and boy i was high in and out all day long with dry mouth to the extreme. I have taken fruta planta from 160 and now 140 it really works. The only thing is u have to drink a lot of water not pop or milk at night i get really hungry but I just control myself and I am hoping to drop 10 lbs ## I do wish you the best of luck with the weight loss, however, there has been a problem with Fruta Planta that you should be aware of. After many days looking on many sites there is def mixed results. From people who lose weight and have no horrible side effects to those who are getting all the side effects of an ingredient called Sibutramine. There is no 100% guarantee that the real pills don't contain Sibutramine or a drug like that but from my experience I still believe the real pills do NOT contain them. I am no expert or doctor or anything so don't take my word for it. It is not FDA approved so who knows. My word of advice is if you get bad headaches, dizziness, constipation, or anything other then dry mouth STOP taking them.
