Fruta Planta Review 1 Month

It's being 30 days that I've been taking fruta planta, I went from 150 to 138. I'm very happy with the results! but I'm worry with the possibilities of heart attack because I smoke regurlary and I use birth control..

Surely there are users in there who can offer some personal advice based on experience. :)

Have you considered trying acupuncture to quit smoking? I've heard from some close friends that this is the most effective way to quit without major withdrawals. My mom has tried it and hasn't smoked since she got it done about 7 years ago.
