So I have been skeptical about Fruta Planta but I just strated today. I'm only going to use 1 box but if I do feel side affects I will stop. The best thing to do is diet & exercise but to be honest 20 pounds is my goal and I am changing my eating habits to be healthier and excercise on a regular basis. I don't want to take it again cuz I don't like to really use products that have so much controversy with the FDA. Yes, FDA approves bad products as well as good but I'd just rather take something that was literally grown from the ground, cut from a tree or bush, and packaged without any processing. If you take a look at the thread anyone who takes/taken them is going back to get more because they gained some weight, it could be because the eating habits has not changed. I'm no doctor but I don't want to be addicted or use this pill as a cushion because you NEVER know what affects it can have on you later in life and not just now.

What you need to know regarding the information from the FDA is that their testing showed Fruta Planta to contain the undeclared drug ingredient Sibutramine, which was pulled from the market due to the fact that it caused a severe risk of cardiac dangers.

this site doesn't have any information on whether or not they have changed the formulation to exclude it.

Have you discussed the use of it with your doctor?

That would probably be the best and safest thing to dol
