Hi! I am really exited to do this i have been waiting to leave my review but i was waiting to see results okay so the first week i took fruta planta i weighed 160 i was verry thirsty so i would drink soda and chocolate milk it really took away the thirst. at night i was hungry for some reason so i would eat some pie with strawberry and banana milkshake oh was that delicious. for the dinner i would eat 3 cup of noodle soups the beef kind my mom said it would work so i did and she told me to have it with 3 glasses of dr pepper or hawaiin punch. by the 2 month i am so exited to say i have finally gained 60 pounds and i now weigh 220 [= i reached my goal but i have a question why is it a weight loss supplement if i gained weight did i do something wrong cus i think they arent selling you guys the right product.

It is supplement, the nutrients in it, coupled with the way you were eating is probably what helped you to gain weight. Better nutrition and more calories is how it works for weight gain.

Since Fruta Planta is supplement, it is not actually proven to help with anything.

It contains: lemon, fruit gum, bitter gourd and papaya.

That means you more than likely got some additional nutrients from it, in addition to your caloric intake.

There are no miracle products that in and of themselves with help anyone gain or lose weight.

You can't be seriously asking why you gained weight can you???? You ate like a cow that"s why!!! Soda is a big no-no when dieting! Cut it out completely.
