Fruta Planta 1

I have been using Fruta Planta for about a week. I dont see any results. I would like to know if im doing something wrong. Does anyone have any ideas that they can give me, maybe a guideline. something. i need to lose weight ASAP. Thank you!

Well, first I would like to state that Fruta Planta is an herbal supplement, not an actual medication, which means it isn't actually proven to do anything.

The ingredients are listed as: lemon, fruit gum, bitter gourd and papaya.

In addition to the fact that it is not a proven and tested product, there are no miracle drugs or supplements out there to help with weight loss.

Regardless of what you use, you also have to follow a proper diet and exercise program, which is really the best and healthiest way to lose weight, anyway.

I have been using it for 6 months found out if you take it in morning with hot or warm coffee or other liquid of same tempture i got better results also on an empty stomach.
