I toke one of my friends somac for a migranie and 3 hrs later tested positive for THC on a lab ua. What can I do to clear my name. Please help me ASAP thank u ## Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, which is a muscle relaxant, so it won't do anything to treat a migraine. Learn more Soma details here. And if THC was detected on an actual lab UA, then there is really nothing you can do, because they don't give false positives like the in-office instant read tests do. Lab tests are used specifically to avoid that and to be more precise. Was there a chance you were exposed to marijuana at some point? Or is there a chance that what your friend gave you wasn't actually Soma?

I have a drug test for court on. The 20 th. Of this month and I have been taking about 8 10/500 loratab and 8 somas a day for a very long time and I need to know how long it would take me to be able to pass a drug test so I have best chance to pass. ## Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, it is a muscle relaxant and not something that is included in drug tests. Learn more Soma details here. And the Hydrocodone in the Lortab is usually detectable for approximately 6 days, after last use. The precise time frame can vary due to factors that are unique to you as an individual, such as your metabolism, overall health, fluid intake and etc. but 6 days is the average for most people. Learn more Lortab details here. How did the test go?

My idiot husband took some soma on his way home from work this evening (about 6 pm). I don't know how much he took because he knew I would kill him for taking them. It is now 3 hours later and after him passing out on the porch and falling over almost everything in the house I finally got him in bed but he has to be at work at 6 in the morning. Is this going to be enough time for the effects to wear off? ## Why do you have such a problem with him taking Soma? It is just a muscle relaxant that contains Carisoprodol. Or is that the type of effect they always have on him? To cause effects that like, he'd have had to take a lot of them. Learn more Soma details here. Are you sure he didn't take something else?

so i paid full pr for something that was made in india? WTF!!!!!! Its hits like a soma V2410 but not as fast due to the reason that the 446 pills r hard as a rock! Im disapointed w/ my Pharmacy cause they said there were made in USA. Some farmacist online I bet could answer this Question. ## Actually, even online, it is hard to find information on foreign medications, because they are not regulated as strictly as medications from the U.S. and Canada. I can't find any listing for a tablet with just the 446 on it, so other than paying to have it lab tested, it is going to be difficult to determine if they contain Carisoprodol, the active ingredient in Soma and, if they do, exactly how much of it. You said they were from India? Where did you order from and do you have any other informa...

my husband has been on baclofen for 2 years and is having trouble refilling his script because his dr. wont ok it to be refilled. Don't know why but I was wondering if somas would help ease his baclofen withdrawls? He is a quadroplegic and can't even throw up without my help. Can anyone help with something that will ease his withdrawls. ## Have you asked his doctor? There has to be some reason he won't authorize a refill and they should be willing to tell you. Has your husband been in for an appointment recently, or did he miss an appointment? Learn more Baclofen details here. They are both muscle relaxants, but since he is a quadriplegic, trying to give him another medication, without a doctor's approval could be very dangerous.

I take hydrocodiev and soma. Today I had to take a drug test, The test came back positive for Morphine. How do I prove I didn't take morphine ## Did you mean Hydrocodone? If so, it was more likely that it's what caused the false positive for Morphine and not the Soma. Synthetic and semi-synthetic narcotics are well known to cause false positives for others on the lower quality, non-certified drug tests anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. As to proving it, they should be willing to send it out to a lab for further testing. Have they offered you that option?

pill with 441 on one side : no other specific markings: white: large like soma or carisoprodol ## Hi phyllis, Is this pill round shaped by chance? I'm wondering because I located a possible match to your pill. The pill I found is white, round, with the imprint "441" on one side, and the other side just has a score line through the center. If you run a google-images search for "441 white pill", you'll see which pill I'm referring to. It contains Digoxin (0.25 mg). Digoxin is used to treat heart failure, usually along with other medications. It is also used to treat a certain type of irregular heartbeat (chronic atrial fibrillation). More information about this drug can be found in the link below: I hope this helps!

I take SOMA. Will westward 290 show up in urine test and lab work when they send it back? At the pain clinic? ## The tablet with this marking is actually not a Soma tablet, which could contain Carisoprodol, though it is in the same class and is still a muscle relaxant. This tablet actually contains 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which would be the active ingredient in Robaxin. Muscle relaxants aren't included in the standard urine tests, but there are specific ones they can order to check for them, if they so choose. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have severe allergies, am particularly allergic to asprin, naproxen sodium and codeine. have been prescribed Carisprodol for arthritis pain and stiffness. Will I be safe taking this medicine? ## No, it does not contain any of those ingredients, Carisoprodol is the sole active ingredient in Soma. It is a muscle relaxant, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. You can learn more about it here: Is there anything else I can help with?

bad si joint injury bacelbows and 1 shoulder.. ## There is really no way to know what any doctor may prescribe to treat pain, or an injury. You may also run into a problem if you go to a new doctor and are asking for a specific medication, because many doctors consider that to be drug seeking behavior. The best thing you can do is make sure they have all of your medical records, so they can see what has and hasn't worked for you in the past and they can base their decision on that. Does anyone know of any doctors in that area?

it's a round white pill with 446 on one side and nothing on the other side. would like to know what it is. ## Based on the description provided, I found your white round pill to be 350mg of Soma (Carisoprodol). Carisoprodol is a centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant. To learn more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you.

I was sleeping along side of the road because I was tired. An oficer came up to my car and arrested me for dui. They took an urine sample and it came back possitive for soma which I have a prescription for and have been taking for over 15 years. Is there a limit that you have to have in your system or just having it there makes a person guilty? ## Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, it is a muscle relaxant. As to the ramifications, I am really not sure, because it can vary according to state law. A DUI can apply to being under the influence of anything that could impair your ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, including legally prescribed medications, not just alcohol. What state are you in? If you can post back with this information, I may be able to find out more ...

is 4211 v the same as soma ## Even though both medications are noted to be a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms, 4211 V (Methocarbamol) is not the same as Soma (Carisoprodol). They both have a completely different chemical structure. I suppose if you had to choose between the two medications it would be a difference of side effects, inactive ingredients that you may or may not be allergic to, and personal preference on how each one makes you feel (maybe one is more effective than the other for certain individuals). You can view more information about these drugs in the two links below: Please post back if you have any other general questions or concerns about these drugs.

SOMA 250 mg (carisoprodol) offers powerful, rapid relief with less drowsiness for discomfort associated with painful musculoskeletal conditions. ## Soma/Carisoprodol is a muscle relaxant, so it will not treat or help all painful conditions of this nature. ## where can I find a doctor that prescibes soma for back pain..I have had it in the past and it helps me not to jerk around when I sleep...Along with diet and exercise this drug has been a savior..But most doctors are not prescribing it????I live in the north bay in calif.
