The tablet with this marking is actually not a Soma tablet, which could contain Carisoprodol, though it is in the same class and is still a muscle relaxant. This tablet actually contains 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which would be the active ingredient in Robaxin.
Muscle relaxants aren't included in the standard urine tests, but there are specific ones they can order to check for them, if they so choose.
