Is this pill round shaped by chance? I'm wondering because I located a possible match to your pill.
The pill I found is white, round, with the imprint "441" on one side, and the other side just has a score line through the center. If you run a google-images search for "441 white pill", you'll see which pill I'm referring to. It contains Digoxin (0.25 mg).
Digoxin is used to treat heart failure, usually along with other medications. It is also used to treat a certain type of irregular heartbeat (chronic atrial fibrillation).
