white oval shape ## i have been taking zopiclone for over 10 years now as i just cant sleep with the thoughts that run through my head as soon as i put my head down on the pillow. but lately i started to notice that they do not work and i hav been struggling to sleep, an when i do finally get off i dream of awfull things. can they stop working ?. i have bought some different one's on net and they worked.

I have some Excederin PM that expired on Sept. 2009 and it is now march 2011. Is it safe to take it so long after the expiration ? it is hard to get where i live. thank you ## Excedrin PM contains Acetaminophen and Diphenydramine. No, neither one of those gets dangerous after the expiration date, but they will lose effectiveness, so may not work as well as they used to and since they do contain Acetaminophen, you will have to very careful about taking any extra tablets, because it can be toxic if you take too much in 24 hours. what is the difference between: APO ZOPICLONE and RXP ZOPICLONE Thanks db ## Just the manufacturer, those initials just designate the company that has made that particular tablet. RXP is used on tablets manufactured by Sandoz and APO used by Apotex, these are both tablets readily available on the Canadian market, generics for Imovane, which is used to treat insomnia. it is a small white round pill with a few black specks in it and its blank on one side and say BEZ on the other ## I'm not sure about the black flecks (dirt? oxidation?) but the small round white tablets with BEZ stamped on one side are melatonin tablets from a company called Bezwecken. ## Actually, the ones with the black flecks is a supplement from the same company that is called Isocort, they use the BEZ logo on all of their products. It is a natural Cortisol supplement that is claimed to help with certain problems, such as Thyroid conditions. However, I cannot find an exact listing of what the actual ingredients are. As of Dec 2010, both Ambien & Ambien CR 6.25 mg are available in USA as generic. For some reason the FDA didn't approve the 12.5 mg CR version. The pharmacy I use in India won't sell any versions of any hypnotic. They must be afraid people will abuse them. ## Well, even in the U.S. there are concerns about abuse and addiction, so it is only approved for the short-term treatment of insomnia and is usually only prescribed to be taken, as needed, for 4 to 6 weeks, at most. It has also been known to cause some problematic side effects, such as: hallucinations, memory loss, sleep eating and impairment of judgment. Learn more: Are there any questions or comments?

However, this is the hazard of ordering from a foreign source, you have no way of knowing what it is that you received, because they are not regulated like medications are in the U.S. That said, without markings, there is no way to know for sure what you have, unless you would pay to have it lab tested.
