hi 4 years ago in the usa i bought at otc sleeping pill at the airport. they were green liguid oval capsules, anyine have any idea what brand they may be ## It may have possibly been Unisom, they meet that description and intended to aid with sleep. They contain the active ingredient Doxylamine, which is an antihistamine, but it's well known to be sedating, so it helps with short-term insomnia issues. Does this sound familiar?

As to long-term problems, it is actually only meant for the short-term treatment of insomnia, it is not intended to be used for lengthy periods of time. It is usually only prescribed for 2 to 6 weeks. Need to know what kind of sleeping pill is rounded yellow with brown or black lettering on one side. It is so tiny I cannot read it ## I am sorry, is there a way you can read the lettering with a magnifying glass or by any other means of that sort; so you could post back with the imprint on the tablet itself? U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. Pretty sure this is an OTC aids in sleep. Can't think of the name of the drug right off hand, but it's taken 20 minutes before going to bed for the night. I believe you only need one pill and it simply adds to what your brain already makes. IS TEVA 74 MADE OF THE SAME COMPOUND AS AMBIEN, OR DOES IT HAVE SLIGHT VARIATION..?? ## The pill in description is Zolpidem (10 mg), which is actually the generic for Ambien; however Generic Zolpidem is approved for the short-term (usually about two to six weeks) treatment of insomnia while Ambien CR is approved for long-term use….so I am assuming it may not be exactly one in the same (having a slight variation as you mentioned). I found a pill, small and round, white in colour with a G on one side and a T 20 separated with a line on the other. I have insomnia, I am menopausal 57 female, I have been doing fine last 7 months on ambien,I was on a low dosage 10mg. My Dr. called 2 wks ago, said no more & gave me trazodone, not good for me, terrible side effects. I ordered zolpidem 10 mg pills. They are round, white with only a score on one side, no other markings. I ordered these on the Internet. I ordered 30 pills and PAID for 30 pills but they only sent me 25.
