Just the manufacturer, those initials just designate the company that has made that particular tablet.

RXP is used on tablets manufactured by Sandoz and APO used by Apotex, these are both tablets readily available on the Canadian market, generics for Imovane, which is used to treat insomnia.

Common side effects may include: nausea, heartburn, blurred vision and impotence.
