It is an herbal supplement product, which means it is actually not proven to do anything, though it does contain some herbal supplements that have been claimed to help with relaxation and sleep for many, many years.

The ingredients are listed as: L-Theanine, Magnesium, Melatonin, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm and Hops.

Since it is a supplement product, it is not tested like prescription drugs are and that means I can't tell you if it is effective, if it causes any adverse reactions or if it interacts with any other medications. These profiles do not have to be tested with herbal, over the counter products.

RemTyme is the trade name for it and we really have no way of knowing what products may be available in your country that contain the same or similar ingredients.

The only thing I can advise is that you should consult your doctor, before using it and if you want a comparable product, try asking your local chemist.
