I TOOK ALL AT ONCE & STILL CANT SLEEP :( ## Endo and Teva are both pharmaceutical manufacturers, not the names of any medications, so this doesn't inform anyone of what you actually took. And regarding any of them, including the Ambien, if you're taking more than your doctor has prescribed, you are putting yourself in danger of overdose. Rather than taking more and more of any given medication, you need to consult your doctor for assistance, you likely need to try something else. How often do you suffer from insomnia?

You may want to just look for alternatives that contain the same ingredients. What would happen if i were to take six L437 pm pills at once? ## The medication you're describing marked "L437 PM" is identified as Pain relief PM extra strength, containing: Acetaminophen 500 mg + Diphenhydramine 25 mg. I have a sleep issue. It seems that once 11 pm or so comes around there is no way for me to fall asleep unless I take something to help me. I have been taking Temazepam 30 mg for over a year. I mention placebos only because I only hear about them because of 'studies' conducted, usually which results in the fact that placebos usually work almost as good as whatever there being substituted for. However what I want to know is why my doctor continues to renew my prescriptions even though most info regarding the type of drug I'm taking says you don't take it forever? Now I can't ask for the placebo, that would eliminate the principle idea of how a placebo works....your brain thinks your taking the pill that always allows you to fall asleep. I started Lunesta 3 days ago. I was on Ambien for 3 years off and on. Switched to Lunesta because the Ambien quit working. It does put me to sleep and I can sleep all nite. But the problem is that it take 2 hours to kick in. Has anyone ever had that happen? Should I ask my dr to up my dose? Thanks! ## Hello, Kellie! How are you doing? My dr. Wants me to stop my 200mg trazadone taken nightly for depression anxiety and sleep. And start taking 15 mg temazepam at night. Is it safe to just stop the trazadone like that. ## Hello, Scared! How are you? Hi I started taking restoril a few months back for insomnia after I was having adverse reactions (sleep walking, cooking, and redosing with out knowing it) and so restoril is amazing for putting me to sleep and keeping me asleep. But my problem is I'm turning 21 tomorrow and my brothers and my fiancé are throwing a party for me which I know we are going to be having a few alcoholic beverages and what not, so my question is if I took my normal 30mg dose of restoril tonight, could I have a few drinks tomorrow? I told my Doctor that i have trouble sleeping and i have anxiety depression as well as Major Depression and i asked for sleeping pills but she said that urbanol can be used to calm my nerves and then make me fall asleep , is this true because i have been awake for about 68 hours now and i drank my pills every night before i go to bed , so can it be used as a sleeping pill ?? ## Hello, Kobus! I am a 33 year old female that was suffering from a pretty bad insomnia for about year and half, taking Lunesta daily. First, it worked like a charm-for maybe 6 months, but then it slowly lost its effect and I struggled again. I took more Lunesta but not much change...I was desperate! I could not sleep with or without it, often running on 3-5 hour of crappy disturbed light sleep. When I got less then 2-3 hours, I had to call in sick to work and I was a living Zombie... Boy was I in hell! I tried it all, literally, googling every day to find a miracle cure. There is none and the more you read the more you feed your insomnia actually. Hi, i have been taking the about drug for 8weeks but didnt have any the last couple of days untill today when i did get some. I normaly only take a night and never in the day time but when i got them to day i took 3 to get this feelings of me coz of having nother for 2 days but instead of the pills getting me to sleep they just made me feel better then i did today and yesterday. Since I have been taking Ambien 10 mg. every night for sleep. My hair has become very dry and my skin looks old..I feel that i am more on edge and have no patience..no matter if I sleep 6-10 hours at a time. the out come is still the same.. ## I have been taking ambien off and on for a while to treat my insomnia.
