Ambien 10 Mg

Since I have been taking Ambien 10 mg. every night for sleep. My hair has become very dry and my skin looks old..I feel that i am more on edge and have no patience..no matter if I sleep 6-10 hours at a time. the out come is still the same..

I have been taking ambien off and on for a while to treat my insomnia. I used to take Lunesta and was switched. I know that it can cause forgetfullness because I have experienced that. But what I wanna know is can it effect your tastebuds? And if so is that normal? I have noticed that my taste is a little off.

Ambien may cause an odd taste as a side effect, which could be affecting the way things taste. I've taken it myself and noticed that it tends to linger for quite a while and tainted everything that I ate.

And yes, it may be causing the other problems, as well, such as the dry hair, skin and mood issues. It is well known to have some side effects, such as this. It may also cause next day hangover like effects.

The best thing to do if you experience such symptoms is to speak to your doctor about trying something else.
