Hi I started taking restoril a few months back for insomnia after I was having adverse reactions (sleep walking, cooking, and redosing with out knowing it) and so restoril is amazing for putting me to sleep and keeping me asleep. But my problem is I'm turning 21 tomorrow and my brothers and my fiancé are throwing a party for me which I know we are going to be having a few alcoholic beverages and what not, so my question is if I took my normal 30mg dose of restoril tonight, could I have a few drinks tomorrow? Any feedback would be much appreciated, thank you

Hello, Kyle! How are you? Happy birthday!!

What was causing the adverse reactions?

And no, it would be best not to mix this medication with alcohol, since that can worsen the side effects.

Can you possibly skip it for a few nights? Have you checked with your doctor?
