Hello, I've been having to disconvinience my family as well as myself because of my severe back problems and filling these medications. I live in the ft. lauderdale/miami area of florida, if you can direct me in the right direction as to filling these online or otherwise it would be a big help to me. I appreciate your help in advance. Sincerely, Dan ## The only thing I can really suggest is checking with whomever your insurance carrier is and seeing if they have a mail order pharmacy that they partner with. Otherwise, it is going to be very hard to find a place that will accept your prescription and send you this medication, because they are a controlled substance and the risk of theft and diversion is very high. Does anyone else have any suggestions to offer?

This drug primarily effects the nerves of the spinal cord. It is used effectively for muscular / skeletal pains in muscle groups in neck, shoulder, back pains. It is in narcotic class of synthetic opiates. If a person is not tolerant to opiates this is where all the bad side affects come from. ## Acetaminophen with Propxyphene is a mild, narcotic pain reliever. I got a urine test at my pain dr. office.It was positive for opana.I only take the prescribed dose of percocet.Why would this show up? ## The reason could be due to the fact that the Percocet you take contains a semi-synthetic opiate, Oxycodone. These have been known to sometimes cause false positive tests for other semi-synthetic or synthetic opiates and the Oxymorphone in the Opana is a synthetic opiate. This has actually been happening a lot recently, we've had quite a few posts with questions about it and the one thing you all have in common is that you are all taking some form of Oxycodone and having it show up as something else on a urine test. I would like to know the non generic name of oxycontin. I just had a fussion on the L3 through L5 and a compression procedure on both sides of my lower lumbar. The doctor also prescribed Oxycodone /APAP5mg-325mg tablest (2 every 4 hours) I take the Oxycontin twice daily (1 pill) ## Oxycontin is the brand name, it is a time released formulation of the narcotic analgesic Oxycodone. The name brand for the other one you are taking would be Percocet, it contains Oxycodone coupled with Acetaminophen. They are both narcotics and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation and drowsiness. Is there anything else I can help with?

is the oxycodone 20mg time released i beleave the 15mg/imprinted with the 15 on it is not thanks for the help/bob ## Hi Bob, Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are supplied in 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg tablet strengths for oral administration. The 20 mg tablets also contain polysorbate 80 and red iron oxide. But I don't think that has any impact on the absorption rate. I hope this info helps! i take 30mg roxys 1 every 4 t0 6 hrs i ran out today so i took one of my wifes 80mg ops have a pee test in the morning doctor does it on sight takes him less than 5 min checks for other drugs will i be ok ## They are both Oxycodone, so if he is just looking for the presence of it, then in theory you should be fine. Found two.... what are they? ## Hi Casey, I'm not finding this listed in any of the drug databases, so I cannot confirm the accuracy, but I did find one listing that says it is an over the counter item, used to treat cold and flu symptoms, which contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 20mgs of Guaifenesin and 10mgs of Phenylephrine. If that is indeed what it is, it would also explain why it isn't in the databases, as over the counter products are not required to be listed, like prescription medications. It is a white, round pill, it could be divided in half by a line that has been put down the middle of one side. I believe it might be from over seas, possibly a New Zealand pharmacy, I need to know what it is and if it is a narcotic. I found it in family member's things. Any info would be a great help.. Thank, a concerned Dad.. ## Panadeine is from Australia and New Zealand and is a combination of acetominophen (Tylenol) and Coedine, so yes, it could be considered a narcotic, especially since the same combo of drugs is highly monitored here in the US. If you try to order it through an online Aussie website, most will refuse to ship or customs will intercept it. how long should a prescription of 120 10mg/325 percocet last when taking 1 every 6 hours as needed, in days months,etc... ## 6 x 4 = 24, so you'd be using 4 a day, multiplied by 30 days = 120 pills. If you adhere to this schedule, your prescription should last about a month. i found a bunch of little green pills in my sons room. one side has E 653 on it. the other side has 30 on it. Any ideas? Consult your doctor before just taking them you could cause him to suffer extreme withdrawal symptoms. Pain, Diarrhea, cramping, vomiting etc. Hopefully he's just holding them for someone or found them himself and just doesn't know what to do with them.
