If you only took it for a few days, and didn't take high doses regularly for prolonged periods of time, it will be out of your system within 24 to 48 hours. However, it will remain for a long time in a body tissue sample and for years in your hair.

This is a narcotic used to treat pain, it is a generic for Vicodin or Lortab.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

How should I take lortab 10, regarding length of time and how many, before going to have a urine test-that will show postive for lortab 10 being in my system. I have only four(4) lortab 10. This is Sat., Jan 1, 2010, 10:00am est. I must pass a postive urine test on Monday, Jan.4, 2010 at 8:30 am, EST. Please, need answer, today. People I talk to have all different answers.

What is the difference between hydrocodone 6 660 (M362) and hydrocodone 5 500? Difference referring to both chemical composition, and potency?

To answer your question Dukejr, the 6 660 refers to Hydrocodone 6 mg + Acetaminophen 660 mg. And 5 500 refers to Hydrocodone 5 mg + Acetaminophen 500 mg. The only discrepancy I'm seeing is the fact that your posted imprint of M362 is actually reported to contain Hydrocodone 10 mg + Acetaminophen 660 mg, which is equivalent to Vicodin HP - so it should be stated as Hydrocodone 10 660. M362 is 10mg Hydrocodone and 660 APAP (Tylenol). I know of no 6mg...there is a 2.5,5,7.5,10mg Hydrocodone Bitrate, with a variety of amounts of acetaminophen and a few with ibuprofen.The M is for the manufacturer Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, a generic manufacturing company, with opiates as one of there many main line of generics.
