Pain relief needed. Do they make a oxycodone patch, or something similar besides fentanyl? I used fentanyl for about 5 years. They made the patch sites itch and left welts and even though I was given meds to help when I stopped using them I was still pretty sick for a couple weeks. ## Unfortunately, no. Hello, I take hydrocodone 5/325 for L3,4,5, disc pain and CIPN. It is not doing well for me. I was bumped up from 600mg of Neurontin to 800mg 2 months ago. All of March I was in constant pain, in the balls of my feet especially. I am wondering if the Hydrocodone needs to be increased since the neurontin/hydrcodone doses together aren't working. Having hip surgery in 4 days. I was given a prescription for Hydrocodon-Acetami Nophen 5-325 by my Internist for pain when needed. I have only taken a few in the last week but today, I am hurting a bit more. I know I am to stop taking anything with aspirin in it 7 days before surgery except for tylenol which doesn't work for me. Is there aspirin in this medication? Is it safe to take before my surgery? Is the M 30 blue pill an extended release or regular release of Oxycodone? My doctor prescribed it but I need to make sure. ## That is a regular release formulation. What is difference between Maxgalin 75 and Maxgallin ER 75. I took first one for more 3 months. Later Dr changed to ER 75- I do not get any relief. I feel my leg fingers tough from inside but out worldly these are normal with all movements. I feel fingure toes burning all the time. I am a diabetic of over 20 yrs but it is under control. I cannot take ibuprofin because it causes severe insomnia for me. I am needing help....I regularly take Avinza and Oxycodone for back pain due to cronic pain ever sense my back surgery. I did a UA for my doctor and it came back positive for hydromorphone. I have now been refused any following treatment or pain meds! I Swear I Never took anything I wasnt suppose to so how could I have came up positive for hydromorphone?
