Gpi A 5 Oval Pills

I have a pill with GPI A5. I was informed that it could be Vicodin or a Tylenol. Trying to find out what the pill is.

This tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic for Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.
