Are the zydus NP 12 extended release? ## Hi Vincent, The round pink NP 12 tablets made by Zydus Pharmaceuticals reportedly contain 10mgs of Oxycodone hydrochloride in "immediate release" form, NOT extended release. For additional verification, this particular pill carries a National Drug Code of 68382-0794. Hi, I bought some kratom (green malay) in capsule form. The capsules contain around 0.38mg per capsule. How many do I need to take for minimum desired effect? I tried 3 yesterday to no avail. Tried 6 around an hour ago and I don't feel anything. ## I would recommend ordering the tri force blend from KratomOne. I take around a tablespoon at a time. ## @The original poster, The threshold dose for my personal use of kratom is eight to 12 "00" size capsules (around 1 teaspoon) depending on the quality and strain. It may be that you are just under the threshold dose when taking only 6 capsules (which I know already seems like a lot of capsules to take), but that's just been my experience....

I have been taking Lyrica, 2 50mg twice a day. I have been on Lyrica for 5+ years. In addition I take 1 200mg slow release Tramadol. I take these meds for Fibromyalgia. My symptoms have been very well managed. In mid June, I saw my rheumatologist for a new script, as is required by law. This time a urine tox screen was required before a new script could be issued. I ran into problem after problem. First lab could not do the tox screen. Second lab took the urine, but then had no record that I was ever there. Then a failure on the part of the doc's office to make me aware the lab was missing, and would have to return for another specimen. The 4th of July set everything back even more. The sample had to be sent out to an outside lab for processing. AND would take 7 days. YADA YADA So I...

I definitely think the white v 36 09 is less effective...much less effective!!! I've taken Norco for many, many years for chronic back pain. I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis. I have multiple spinal fusions and my shoulders are shot from multiple rotator cuff repairs. I have gotten the white ones for the past two months. I have NEVER taken more than prescribed in the past but I get literally NO relief from the white ones! It feels like a placebo to me and I am beyond frustrated!! My 8.5lb cat had 4 surgeries; 1)cystotomy, 2)pu, 3)feeding tube x2. He is finally home. If anything will go wrong everything has gone wrong with this poor cat. Now he strains to urinate and was urinating blood last night. Vet seemed to think it was a blood clot, I concur, I saw one now no more blood this a.m. Fir his straining he was prescribed butorphanol 10mg/ml. Label reads: 1cc butorphanol in 10cc lixotinic as flavor agent, give o.25-0.4cc by mouth 1-4 times daily as needed for urinary straining. At 12:30pm today, first dosage i gave him 1.0 ml, I overdosed him according to instructions. I have only had 4 hours of total sleep in 48 hours because of his situation. I was on Actiq for 15yrs then my Dr. retired and the new replacement Dr. switched me to subsys. Every month I would ask to go back on lozenges (sucker type/lollipop). Then jan 5th of this yr 2016. he stopped treating me cold turkey.....I should say abruptly stopped. The quality of my life has gone down hill. I have to broken hips (femoral head off). Dark blue roxi 15 mg pill with time release ? These real? ## I really can't tell you anything from just the color. Are there any markings on the tablet? That is what would enable me to look it up for you. As to Roxicodone, however, no none of it is time released. The only time released formulation of Oxycodone that is available is the name brand Oxycontin. ## I found a blue round pill with the letter n 15 on it.

I have ovarian cyst and it hurts badly ## Pain is the number one reason narcotic analgesics like Roxicodone or OxyContin are prescribed. If your doctor feels that you require pain management at this level, then I don't see why he/she wouldn't prescribe it or at least something similar. In many cases an MRI, scans, x-rays, etc., are general forms of proof to vouch for your medical needs. So If you have any medical documents of that nature, I would recommend bringing them with you to your appointment for further evaluation and a conclusive decision will then be made as to what approach should be taken from there. I am on hydrocodone 20mg 5 times a day and I do not think the pharmacy is giving me enough for 30 days. How many milligrams is the pharmacy suppose to give me? ## Hi Deborah; 20mg 5 * per day = 100mg per day. 100mg per day * 30 days = 3,000mg total. Or in terms of tablets, 5 tablets per day * 30 days = 150 tablets total. I hope this makes sense and is helpful. Does that seem right to you?

I have PTPS due to Thorecotomy surgery. I also have HEP C. My PM doctor has prescribed me Norco 10-325. Wouldn't it make more sense to prescribe oxycodone without Tylenol??? How do I bring this up to him without sounding like I'm questioning his doctor abilities? I was given a white oblong pill with p500 on one side and blank on the other side, I was told it is tyleonol, but is it? I have neuropathy due to collapsed C2-C6 leaving me with horrible pain. Finally went to a pain dr. He put me on lyrica and oxycontin. Just started using hydrocodone apap tab5mg-325. This first dose I took is 2 pills at 12 noon. The bottle instructions say you can take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. It is now 3:15 pm and it feels like the hydro pills, made by Amneal are just about finished. The pills I have been taking prior to this are oxycodone, Mallinckrodt, acetaminophen 5-325 and I take 1 pill every 6 hours. This is OXY condone, NOT HYDRO codone made by Amneal. Are they different strengths? The HYDRO seems weaker. Whats the difference between the two? And should they be interchangeable? ## It does require 7.5mgs of the Hydrocodone to be equal to the 5mg Oxycodone you were taking, because the Oxycodone is stronger. If the prescriptions have been written by a doctor in Florida and you live there, then it is highly doubtful that a pharmacy in another state will fill them, because that means they are difficult for them to verify and it makes it much easier for someone to doctor and pharmacy hop. Have you tried checking with other pharmacies in your area to see if they have them? ## If the pharmacy is out, simply ask them to order it. I have been taking tramadol 50mg for the last two years. I think i am addicted to it and it's deteriorating my health. Withdrawals could cause nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, rebound pain, and seizures. Are you on any other medications? How much Tramadol are you taking each day? ## Kratom red vein....research it.
