that's pretty much it...I have tried almost all of them, now I find myself back in pain management and would like some feedback on what might REALLY work?? I've read TONS of things about the "new" oxycontins...I was just prescribed some a few weeks ago.. I don't know if its because of the small dose..( 15mg.. )or what, but they did absolutely nothing for my pain..thats why I am asking YOU ..I am thinking of getting opana's..or morphine, i'm not really sure..this is where you come in..if you too have been through the wringer with trying to find a good medication for your pain, please let me know what YOU found that helps you the best..especially if its something I have mentioned...i'm just trying to finally find a good med without having to go through 6+ m...

I'm at roads end. I'm a paraplegic living in west palm beach. I poop in a bag and pee in a bag. I have three major pressure wounds and am in pain all day every day. All Dr's seem to give me is baclofen, neurontin and sleep aids that do not work for my pain. I have two kids that I can hardly take care of and these last three years have been hell. Before my accident I was a union iron worker doing very well for my family. Now that I'm hurt and actually tried to get help it seems there is none. But somehow people are selling these pills on the street and you can tell there's nothing wrong with them, but somehow they have no problem getting these scripts for the main purpose to sell... But people like myself can't get what they need for real pain. It should be a crim...

My PM doctor test my urine regularly to ensure I'm taking my oxycodone as prescribed. On two occasions the test was positive for both oxycodone and morphine. I have never taken morphine, so other than a compromised test, how could I possibly be positive for morphine? ## Tell him to send in for confirmation because if u are taking more than prescribed the oxymorphone it metabolizes into may test pos. ## Thanks. It's prescribed for every six hours, I simply take it four times per day, so a little less than six hours but I wouldn't expect that to be positive for morphine. I work in Toluca a lot. My script for oxycodone from the states runs out and I have to have a written script and only for US pharmacies. So I have to wait to get back before I can get it filled. I know an anesthesiologist here that wrote me a script for both plexicodim and rolod. I have no idea where to get it filled. No one around here seems to have it. Pisa farmaceutica in Mexico manufactures it but I can't find a damn farmacia that has it. I'll have to cut this trip short if I can't find one around here. Hell, I'll drive 2 hours to get these filled. Can anyone help?

I just moved from Pa down to Virginia then i lost my medicaid..So i have late stage lyme disease and i take precocet 10-325 then Fentantyl Patch 50 MCG/HR at one patch every 72 hours and a couple of other meds and i am at a loss because i have max 14 days untill my fentanyl is going to start going out of my body and my withdrawls will start soon then i will be in some extreme pain and going threw some of the worst withdrawls ever ...so i have no income and cant get my medicine...does anyone know what i can do? ## I don't know anything about Medicade, it would seem that if you qualified in one state you would in another. Can these medications be taken with hydrocodone and Acetaminophen in one for real bad back pain? ## Can they be taken together ? They should not be taken together. Have I mixed them YES. I am prescribed 5mg of Methadone twice a day, and 5mg of oxycodone twice a day for break through pain. I have been taking my medication EVERY DAY like it's prescribed. I just received a letter from my Dr. stating that he is pulling me off of my meds because my oxycodone levels were too low and my methadone did not show up AT ALL. It also stated that I had oxymorphone in my system which I have NEVER taken. I didn't even know what it was I had to look it up. Can someone please explain to me why a medicine that I take EVERY DAY is NOT showing up in my system, and why is one that I'VE NEVER TAKEN showing up. I took 2 norco 10/325 on Sunday and 1 on Monday. I have an urine test on Wednesday. ## I took 3 narcos today 750s and I go see the doctor Monday at 1:30 should I be fine when they make me take the test I'm not really sure I've been drinking a lot of kefir what channel is vitamins I also use lakatos that makes you use the bathroom I was wondering if I should be fine.

Can someone please tell me the difference in these to Hydrocodone Pills? The PINK and the WHITE? I have been taking the PINK for seven years now for break through pain and today the pharmacy gave me the WHITE ones. The last time I tried' to take the white ones, I could NOT even function, they knocked me out. ## I can't really tell you anything about the difference between them, if any, without knowing the markings on the tablet to check such information. Both my mom and I are chronic pain suffers. I have had 3 back surgeries and she has had 1 and has osteoarthritis. Actavis percocet are really bad. No good for pain even at 10/325. She was taking Lortab 10/500 and since the switch she has had hives, nausea, ringing in the ears. We believe it is the pain pills causing the problem. I met a woman about 2 months ago. I knew she had some issues. Maybe 1 month later I received a text from her asking for some of my pain meds. I refused & she must of texted 30x's. Just crazy! Later in the week I had to go about 5 hours away for a funeral of a good friend's dad & I received a call from my pain doctor telling me I needed to be in the office tomorrow for a "pill" count. However, some people have had good luck with the anticonvulsants that help with nerve pain, such as Lyrica or Neurontin. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, mood swings, weight changes, headache and dry mouth. Its something you could ask your doctor about trying. Does anyone know the conversion dose when switching from MS Contin 15mg to Opana. The MS no longer works to take the edge off the pain. I have had chronic pain after herniated cervical, lumbar disks, 4 surgeries, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and daytime sleepiness, and osteo-arthritis. I take vicadine ran out so I took 15mg percocet for the last 15 days. Will it show up in my drug test tomorrow? I'm 5'10. 320 lb ## It depends on what type of test they are doing if they are just testing for the basics like pot, opiates, cocaine, Benzos, etc then no it will come up as an opiate. I have been taking percocet 10/325 for horrible fibromyalgia pain and have had no issue with it's effectiveness. nI fact I believe it is the only thing that has kept me able to work.. I renewed the prescripion and continued it about a week ago only to find that it is now A333. I IMMEDIATELY had severe side effects nausea, dizziness, vomiting, feverish feeling, clumsiness, all the usual suspects. I could not work today because of this and have been told by my pharmacy, CVS, that traditional percocet is not covered by my health insurance and I would have to pay $ 1300.00 to renew the prescription. Can ms contin 100mg be taken with opana er 20mg? ## Well MS Contin contains the active ingredient Morphine. Opana ER contains Oxymorphone. The Oxymorphine is much more powerful and only requires a fraction of the dose that was being taken of the Morphine. Both are time released. They also share the same side effect profiles: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. im sorry i had wrong dose its 10-325 oxycodone-acetaminophen and morphine sulfate ir 30 mg ## Oxycodone is one and a half times stronger than Morphine, so if you were taking the 30mgs of Morphine and wanted to switch to Oxycodone, you'd only need 15mgs of the Oxycodone. You can learn more Morphine details here and you can learn more Percocet details here. And, in this case, since you're asking about a generic for Percocet, the Acetaminophen needs to be taken under consideration, because that actually potentiates the action of the Oxycodone, making it stronger, so you may be looking at a different of an additional 2mgs efficacy strength, give or take. I told the neurologist that I was allergic to morphine and she said these two shots will help you we don't allow you to take any more products here but only we can give you a shot and I can't prescribe anything. She gave me two shots of Dilaudid. I must have not been very potent because I'm still in pain.
