Pain is the number one reason narcotic analgesics like Roxicodone or OxyContin are prescribed. If your doctor feels that you require pain management at this level, then I don't see why he/she wouldn't prescribe it or at least something similar. In many cases an MRI, scans, x-rays, etc., are general forms of proof to vouch for your medical needs. So If you have any medical documents of that nature, I would recommend bringing them with you to your appointment for further evaluation and a conclusive decision will then be made as to what approach should be taken from there.

NO ONE will prescribe Roxy for ovarian cysts. Sorry but that pain in not severe enough. I had them and was only given Hydrocodone. I had to go through back surgery with a metal plate and screws in my back in order to EVENTUALLY get prescribed Roxy.
This is why it's so hard for ppl like me to get the meds I need! Roxicodone for ovarian cysts?

Look the pain pill business is booming on the street. You can only receive a prescription for 30 days for a narcotic. Guys actually recruit and transport 5 to like 7 people who are 25 and older to a practitioner or doctors office where all they have to do is have there ID then the guy gives all of them the money to pay for there doctor visit which is like 300$ or 500$ per person they tell the doctor they have back pains and the doctor gives all 7 guys a prescription for narco then the head guy transports all of them into the pharmacy giving each guy going in the money to pay for there prescription When they all come out with the pills with there names on them they give there bags to the guy that payed for everything then he gives each person 60$ to 100$ then drops everybody off and he has 7 bottles of pills containing 120 pills he can sale on the street. Then they do this every 30 days.
