I am getting a blood drug test and have taken perc 30s almost every day. I am very concerned. I'm on subutex, just started 2 days ago on 16mg! But I also have morphine. Can I take it or will I just waste it? I took the subutex at 9:30am, it's now 4pm. I had a surprise drug screening done by my probation officer. I had done little bit of cocaine, and tested positive for that and suboxone. I have never taken suboxone before. I am on buspar, wellbutrin, and nuerontin, and just recently started the nuerontin. So I live in Virginia and I have been on the orange pill (Buprenorphine made by Amneal) for almost two years now and the reason being because that's all I can afford. But now none of the pharmacies have them and what they do have cost $600 bucks or more and I can't afford that. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do? Can you recommend anything? Hi, I am the mother of a 17 year old boy, who has several problems sleeping at night, just like me. I usually take Dormonoct (Loprazolam) every night to be able to have a good sleep, and I suspect that my boy is taking them as well. Providing that he is too young, I would like to check if he's doing so, by making him pass a Benzodiazepines test. But I am not sure if Dormonoct will show up in a 12 panel drug test. I need to know how long before naloxone is out of urine, because i go to a subutex dr but ran low and took suboxone. I know naloxone shows up and it's a technical fail. I had a surgery in 1998 for "smashed" disks found during the surgery and after trying every narcotic known to man, I obtained immediate relief with methadone. I was on it for 15 years until the recent government fiasco, which IMHO had no business interfering as no one knows but the patient and their primary doctor just how severe the pain is. I have no clue why methadone works so well and other even more powerful narcotics don't, and for 15 years I lead a rather normal life. Now I've been cut back to 4 methadone a day plus MS-Contin and still three 10mg methadone provide me more relief than two 30mg MS-Contin not to mention the MS-Contin has nearly doubled my prescription bill. The naltrexone in the suboxone does not do anything. It is in there to prevent a user from injecting the suboxone. That is the only way it will have any effect. When you put the suboxone under your tongue the buprenorphine is absorbed, not the naltrexone. The buprenorphine is what blocks other opiates (this is due for its high affinity for the mu opiate receptor.) If you are on a low dose of suboxone (4mg or less) then expect it to block at least partially for 24 hours. I never post but I use these forums to educate myself. I hate reading clearly false posts. Another user that mentioned that the naltrexone blocks for 72 hours has no idea what they are talking about. I am on methadone and I was offered a very good job pending my 9 panel non dot drug screening. Will the methadone show up and if so can they refuse to give me the job? I do not want to tell the promising job that I am on the methadone program because I feel like they would judge me. Please advise. ## I am no specialist but I do know any drug that’s in your body will show positive results, but this should have been worded differently ( being as though I am in pain management and take narcotics for chronic pain how would this affect my job) this would be the only way to get a good answer or the the best answer to your question.

I went to the doctors today for my first visit. He knows that I used earlier today but he still told me to start my zubsolv today. He said to take it as soon as I get my script filled today. I asked him 3x about waiting 24hrs and to be in withdrawal. He told me no I don't have to wait. I live in the springfield missouri area and my health insurance doesnt cover situations such as addiction treatment. I do not want "generic" Subutex 8mg 4x day! I had been taking the real for along time and then big white generic for 3yrs in time. I react badly to most drugs. I had to pay $1,300.00 each month when started to take about 7/8 years and am very cheap! Pain is worse then giving birth. Now we have generic. The cost was at first $500.00 but the generic has changed again and does not work. They do not work and am in a great deal of pain. I want the old large white one back or the real ones. I am so much pain! The Dr had change to film and then migraines and now hand arms knees swelling even my face and still in pain.were can I get the real drug now!? I was taking (1) 5 mg of oxycodone a day for 10 months for countless surgeries. When I tried to stop taking the 1 pill a day I would go through extreme pain muscel and nerve pain that felt like my body was on fire and would not allow me to sleep. Even with trying sleep aids like Tylenol pm and Benadryl. I went to the doctor to see if he could prescribe something to help me sleep through the night. He put me on (2) 8 mg a day of suboxone. I only took the (1) 5 mg pill at night. I took my first 8 mg strip 24 hours after my last oxy on Tuesday night. What does butran show up as on a urine drug test, if I take Percocet 10/325 and I was out and used a butrans patch 10? ## It will show up positive for buprenorphine. If you had a patch on for more than a day or two and your drug test is within the next 48-72 hours from now you will likely test positive for buprenorphine and negative for your Percocet. Your doctor will have some questions. ## Butrans 10mcg patch puts .25mg over a 24 hour period. That's appx. .01mg per hour. If buprborphine is the test they run, it will come up negative. I took 20mgs of methadone about once a week for the last month and I'm gonna get a job offer within the next 2 weeks to a month and it requires a 12 panel hair follicle drug test. Is 20mgs 5 times low enough for me to pass or do I have to do the toxin shampoo, vinager, dish soap, ect....? ## The hair stuff won't work for methadone.
