Naloxone Detection Times

I need to know how long before naloxone is out of urine, because i go to a subutex dr but ran low and took suboxone. I know naloxone shows up and it's a technical fail. So I need to know how long it'll take to be clear on a lab test?

I know this was posted awhile ago, but maybe someone else can benefit from it. The detection time for naloxone is about 3 days in urine.

I'm taking Suboxone & recently my Dr. Told me that I didn't have Naloxone in my system. So she thinks I'm running out early & taking Subutex & I'm not. I take mine as prescribed. Please help! I cannot get cut off. Thanks.

My Dr. Thought I had ran low of my subs & had taken someone's subutex because they're was no naloxone in my system. I assured her that wasn't the case. She consulted with another Dr. Who explained to her, that the naloxone was the 1st thing to get out of your system. When taking Suboxen. My last dose was taken the morning prior to my Appt. & getting tested. So apparently the naloxone doesn't have the same lasting time as the buprenorphine.
